South End Pizza IV

we always order pizza from south end iv, it's become our favorite pizza joint. i know we need to branch out and try other items on the menu but their pizza and desserts are so so good. i find myself daydreaming about and craving their pizza every other day. thank you!!

Extremely Disappointed – Nearly 2 Hours Late with No Resolution

I ordered two large pizzas at 5:20 PM and was told delivery would take about 45 minutes. At 6:30 PM, with still no sign of our order, I called to follow up and was told it would be another 15 minutes. While that was already frustrating, I decided to wait.

By 7:10 PM—nearly two hours later—I called again. Not only was the food still not delivered, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude and completely unbothered by the delay. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right.

Now it’s almost 7:30 PM, I have hungry kids, and I’m scrambling to figure out dinner because I wasn’t planning to cook. This experience was beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

It took over an hour + to get delivered and it was raw undercooked everything falling off of the pizza Mozz was stuck on top of box. $25 in the garbage

Ordered thru Slice App. Food was excellent! Delivery guy was polite and professional. Will definitely order again. 😊

Hot wings that are actually hot & delicious, mango habaranaro. Pizza very good. Pepper poppers a lil lame.

Pizza was pretty watery with the sauce when I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza. Would not get again.

Good pizza, nice crust, not dried out with being overcooked. We got a regular pie, not a fan of thin crust.

Do not get the chicken “tenders”. They were rock hard and inedible. Also their fries were soggy and not salted at all.

Second place me and the hubs come here and the pizza is so good, fresh, and has the best crunch! The lady working there can’t be any nicer. Will return every time we’re in the area !

wanted to try this place and they aren’t open on a Monday.

Food wasn't prepared correctly and refused to replace it, just gave me napkins to wipe the dressing dumped all over my pizza off. I asked for Blue cheese on the side.

It should be served that way in my opinion. I don't want warm soggy blue cheese soaked pizza just as much as the next guy. You can't sell it to the next person for the same reason I find it repulsive.

Their buffalo pizza might be my favorite food on this planet but no restaurant should refuse to correct their mistake. Adding insult to injury, I waited 20 minutes for a new pie, tipped, and given a side of ranch instead of blue cheese.

Im not loaded and can't afford to pay twice to get it the way I ordered or I would have. ????

Dietary restrictions: Seems unlikely a complicated order would be filled correctly as half the time they can't get blue cheese on the side or even blue cheese or ranch correctly.
