Employees are very unsanitary, I have witnessed multiple times where an employee rubbed their eyes or scratched body parts while handling food w/o wearing gloves.

I ordered wendy's at 12 midnight, but when my ubereats driver arrived at 12:30 they were already closed. According to my ubereats driver, this Wendy's is known for closing earlier than its appointed time. They basically sat on their butts and collected a free check for practically doing nothing when they closed almost two hours before they were supposed to. To me, this is just lazy and unprofessional. When I called, they were rude and even left the phone ringing for over a couple minutes hoping I would just leave. This is another thing I don't understand. If you're doing nothing then at least answer the phone. Like they were literally doing nothing. The one guy who answered was rude. and while I admit I also said some insults, it was because he started saying that I was broke and I should go to bed hungry. He also claimed that he had more motion than my entire family, and when I started laughing at that he seemed to take it personally. In all honesty I'm just mad because of the principle of it not even thoe food. The three workers who answered the phones and bashed me from Monday into Tuesday (11/11 to 11/12)closing shift should be fired.

They need to do better. Very unprofessional and lazy.I placed my order two hours before they closed, and once my Dasher arrived, which was and hour later, after I ordered, they canceled my order completely. Never again will I be ordering here. The workers suck at costumer service.

I'm only rating it 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Tonight was the 5th time the wife and I went and she didn't want to go because they've gotten our order wrong every other time. I convinced her and I shouldn't have. When we pulled up the drive through had 4 or 5 cars parked but we got in line anyway. They had a manager in the parking lot choreographing the parked cars and running the orders out. We checked the bag at the store and we had the right amount of items and thought we were good until we got home. 3 out of the 4 items were wrong. I will not be going back. I'll drive to EHT before attempting to eat there again.

I ordered in the mobile app at 1:35 am. I was among 5 cars that stopped at the speaker. No one answered. I finally go to the window and was told that Everything was being cleaned. On a Friday night they closed extra early... this is not a good way to run your business...

I've been to many Wendy's locations. And you're new egg harbor city location got everything I wanted wrong. Don't come here otherwise they will not have what you want,
Ordered 4 meals. 3 of the 4 were made incorrectly. When I was there I checked the bag quickly and noticed Missing fries and chicken nuggets. When I went back in for the fries and nuggets they were talking back and fourth like I was wrong. I also specifically asked for a cheeseburger not to have anything on it and it had everything. I look at the receipt and she didn’t even mark down what I said. It was exhausting with them. I would never go back.

I went in about 1130 am when I went in I went to of the small tables by the restromms and I sat down then after that 1 of the workers came over and asked I was waiting on someone and I told her yes I was waiting on my ride that was a few mins out she then continued to question me with a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes at me the she would not give me her name after I asked!

Went to get drive thru at 10:15pm a car in front of me left without anyone taking there order, I wait for almost 10 mins no one came I went to the window she told me to drive around and someone would take my order. NO ONE STILL CAME TO TAKE MY ORDER!!!
