What a ripoff, place is dirty, overpriced, and it’s the manager’s fault. Can’t find anything on the menu cause everything is unorganized. Just a poorly run and another example of a food chain that bunt out

They don’t fill the blizzards like they’re supposed to anymore. I paid $25 for 3 small cups of ice cream for them to not even fill it all the way. They leave too much space, they used to over fill it and flip it upside down. DQ is franchise owned so just go to other locations not Emerson, NJ.
Ice cream is always perfect here at this location. We always come here in the evenings and the workers are always friendly.

The building needs remodeling. Crumbling. Smells horrible inside. We went only once. Never again. Zero on customer service too. We dumped our ice cream outside and left.
