Had to get a cake today without pre-ordering. Allison was amazing. She decorated one for us while we waited and look at this beautiful handwriting. You’d be surprised how hard it is to get a cake these days with nice writing on it. Almost impossible. Very grateful for her kindness, exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. Thank you!

It feels like back in 80s. Store seems very old. It needs some new ideas in flavor and menu. I am sure most of the people come here for a memory. But from an ice cream I don't think would be back to this place. And you end of paying the same price as cold stone so it's an expensive same old ice cream shop.

Vanilla soft serve cone was tasteless and very soft, not frozen or firm. Use to be better. Don't think I will order again...

Avoid - way over priced for soft serve that is highly aerated. Visit park ridge DQ if u really want a better quality product
What a ripoff, place is dirty, overpriced, and it’s the manager’s fault. Can’t find anything on the menu cause everything is unorganized. Just a poorly run and another example of a food chain that bunt out
