I came in on Tuesday for my usual, two iced coffees, two sandwiches and one donut. The female cashier was very pleasant as was Mohammed. I am never disappointed by the efficient service. Kudos to all of the hard working employees.

Had a gift card for an order but instead of actually applying it I just got charged for it and they kept the gift card. Then showed the employee the gift card was not actually applied and he argued but each charge was there cause it’s through apply pay. The concept that the employee argued even though the proof was written is the annoyance. Got to understand how technology works.

I’m a nurse at a local hospital and recently learned that Dunkin' Donuts was offering a free coffee promotion in honor of Nurses Week. I reached out to inquire whether they might be willing to provide coffee for the nurses on my unit, and to my delight, Mohamed and Foram went above and beyond. They generously supplied us with delicious coffee, complete with plenty of cream and sugar, and even included complimentary Munchkins—all while kindly declining any payment.
Their generosity and thoughtfulness truly brightened our day. We are so grateful for their support and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Mohamed, Foram, and the entire Dunkin’ team—from all of us nurses!
I have visited many Dunkyn's in various parts of the country but my favorite is the one in Emerson New Jersey. The place is clean and the girls are super attentive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and congratulate the young women who work there for their professionalism. 1000% recommended

We dropped by for a couple coffees and a bathroom break. The coffees turned out great. We grabbed a few things to eat and they were delicious as well. The location was very well kept and restrooms were cleaned.
Parking: Around 8 parking spots including the handicapped spots.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of delicious donuts.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair.
