The staff is very professional here. The food is made correctly and is very delicious. Prices are fair. Great location. I highly recommend this location! Hands are clean of the staff! Under nails are clean as well!

Staff work extremely hard, this is a very busy DD. The coffee and donuts are excellent; beats Starbucks. The inside of the store seems clean, as do bathrooms. Staff is courteous. Highly recommend, unless you prefer the Ritz or Waldorf Astoria Hotels.

The customer service and employees are very rude in this location. On more than one occasion, they have been very confrontational when making a special request such as light ice in an iced coffee....twice I have ordered through the app checking the light ice option and basically it's the same amount of ice every time, normal which is a ton. What's the point of having it as an option if it is always ignored. They're more worried about the extra 2 ounces of coffee they have to provide rather than pleasing a customer. That's the way the world is today...have had similar experiences in many other Dunkin' locations just like this.

I highly do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. They often get their orders wrong and is almost impossible to reach by phone. There is another Dunkin' donuts close by in Emerson, NJ, and I highly recommend that one. Please seek elsewhere.
