The weekday morning crew is fantastic. They're friendly, make the best drinks, and the food is always spot on. They even recognize me when I walk in, which makes me feel great!

Everytime I walk in this location there are hardly any donuts to chose from it’s so disappointing because it’s the closest dunkin near me. Its always a long wait time regardless if i was to get a donut or not, i think you guys are way too under staffed. every time i walk in there it’s always that one guy with the braids working doing it all on his own. He's clearly overwhelmed, juggling a million tasks at once, taking orders, making food, whipping up drinks etc take some consideration and not have one person working alone his whole shift. Waste of customers time.

I came by at 6:30 since the website says they closed at 7 and the guy in there turned off all the lights after I parked. When I went up to the window he gestured that they were closed. Honestly felt like he just didn’t want to serve me. Felt very rude.

For months I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts and the new manager is horrible every morning I come in and there’s nothing restocked and I called to work late every day due to this new manager. I think her name is Deanna please change his manager will not be coming to this place anymore.

There used to be a Filipino family that run this place like a 5-star coffee joint. The new staff seems disinterested and not as friendly with customers. Still a descent location but not what it used to be.

Don't follow through with customer service promise and although you don't expect it, disappointing that you would offer and not fulfill. Do better . It shows how customers are treated. Dont offer if you can't deliver.Kudos to the staff who are friendly and do a great job. Sad that turnover is so fast
