i work next door and get coffee here pretty much daily……the coffee is always fresh, and staff is super friendly..some times of the day they can be a little short-staffed (maybe during “rush” times) but overall, good coffee and great service

Everytime I walk in this location there are hardly any donuts to chose from it’s so disappointing because it’s the closest dunkin near me. Its always a long wait time regardless if i was to get a donut or not, i think you guys are way too under staffed. every time i walk in there it’s always that one guy with the braids working doing it all on his own. He's clearly overwhelmed, juggling a million tasks at once, taking orders, making food, whipping up drinks etc take some consideration and not have one person working alone his whole shift. Waste of customers time.

I came by at 6:30 since the website says they closed at 7 and the guy in there turned off all the lights after I parked. When I went up to the window he gestured that they were closed. Honestly felt like he just didn’t want to serve me. Felt very rude.
