I don’t usually visit Jersey Mike’s, but the location near my job is good. It’s always busy, yet the staff keeps things moving quickly and stays friendly. The sandwiches are consistently good (I always order the tuna and the cookies). I appreciate being greeted every time I walk in. I met the general manager, Eric, today, he was very welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot when I’m working in Westwood.

Online order: The staff was nice and friendly, but the lettuce was brown on the entire sandwich. I had to throw it away upon opening it. I’m at work and unable to return for a refund or a new sandwich

Horrible customer service. They were working on delivery orders. They did not say hello or acknowledge the other customers present in the store.

Warning, make sure you get what you ordered. Not the best place for takeout. Also before leaving check that your order is all in the bag. This has not been the first time !! Definitely reconsidering not to do business with this Jersey Mikes .

Just want to give a shout out to my boy Eric over there at Jersey Mike's Emerson.... GM in training He's definitely holding it down there and I know he'll do big things and bring the stats and the rank up so he's got my vote five stars

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a food establishment

I placed an online order and was given a pickup time. I waited over 35 minutes after that time for my food with zero acknowledgment from the staff. No apology. No explanation. Just silence and indifference.

The employees looked completely lost and unbothered while customers stood around confused and frustrated. There is clearly no leadership here and absolutely no respect for people’s time.

This location should be embarrassed. If this is the standard, Jersey Mike’s should shut it down and start over. I will never come back and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely
