This place serves some really good Thai food! I spent a couple of months in Thailand exploring the cuisine, and I have to say, this spot really measures up. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re craving authentic Thai flavors but can’t make the trip to Thailand. The prices are pretty reasonable compared to other places around here, and the quality of the food makes it well worth it. I’d give this place a solid 5 out of 5.

I bring a service dog to the store and they literally asked to show service animal paper which is illegal to do so. They also won’t let my dog enter the place. Certified real service animal doesn’t have papers which they don’t know that. They should train their staff better. Food is not spicy too even tho it is level 5 spices.

No body in front to greet guest for nearly 10 minutes. Finally the person showed up was rude, impatient and condescending. We left without hesitation after the short conversation. Bad service don’t deserve my business.

It was very average. After seeing the 4.8 rating on Doordsh, I had to check out Thai Fod. It was not a good experience. The thi pad had no sauce, the chicken was dry, and the dumplings were awful.

Pimaan Thai in Emerson, New Jersey, is an absolute gem.
We started with fried Thai dumplings and chicken curry puffs, both crisp and flavorful. Next came a fragrant Tom Ka vegetable coconut soup and a fresh Thai salad with rich peanut dressing.
For mains, my companion enjoyed the Masaman curry with scallops, perfectly tender in a luscious sauce, while I savored the chicken Rama — boned and thin-sliced breast in silky peanut sauce over crisp broccoli. Every dish was clearly prepared to order, bursting with authentic flavor.
Service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the setting charming and welcoming.
This is the kind of restaurant that makes you linger and smile.
It was Worth every second of the 40-minute drive from my home.
Highly recommended for lovers of exceptional Thai cuisine.

Food is very good - BUT apparently there is a time limit to eat here. On a Wednesday, so the restaurant only had a few tables filled, our dessert menu was taken away from underneath my guests elbow with nothing said by the waitress to us as to why and then another waitress placed the bill on our table. We all just looked at each other and laughed in disbelief. We wanted dessert and were unable to order it. So nasty!! Their loss - the Icecream next door we had was even better and we will never be back again. Plenty of other Thai restaurants around where patrons are not treated like this.

This my worst experience ever at a restaurant in New Jersey My sister were greeted by the hostess on Tuesday 22 July at about 7pm and was given a five minutes lecture at the entrance passageway about how they don’t reserve table for anyone (that was because my sister asked for a table next to a window).
She has requested such table because she is not comfortable in dim lighting as most restaurants have. The hostess kept scolding her as the nearby diners listened to her scolding us as if we were little kids. To top it off I came from my work place and had a small bottle of coconut water which I had already drank half of it My sister does not drink plain water so I gave her some of the coconut water. The same hostess came over and sternly told us that they do not allow for diners to bring in any beverages except ber and wine. I would not go back there ever if they give food for free

Lovely place - the service was attentive and quick, Thai iced tea is my new favorite! I had the Pad See-Ew and the noodles were perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious and the right consistency, the vegetables were cooked just right. I will definitely return next time I'm in town.

Our first time and with two little kids. The food is fresh and the service is so kind and timely.
A tell tale of a good Thai restaurant is when they make their own paste in house and can make it vegetarian (no fish sauce, oyster sauce or shrimp paste) my food was delicious, I ordered more to take home.
The kids food was so good, they (2yo & 5yo) slurped it up and asked for more, still inhaling the mango with sticky rice.
We’ll be coming back again.

Located in Emerson, New Jersey, literally footsteps away from the Emerson Train Station, is a locally owned Thai restaurant.

I had the opportunity to explore a couple of the lunch specials and a dinner plate.

Drunken Noodles:
The flattened, thick noodles have a nice kick.

I selected the chicken as my protein and it came with an array of vegetables.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
This lunch special was also came with a mixed vegetable medley and protein of your choice.

There are also a few pineapple chunks, which added that touch of sweetness.

All lunch specials include white rice and a side salad.

Pimaan Fried Rice:
Named after the restaurant, This dinner plate was served with multiple meats. Its appearance kind of reminds me of the ultimate Taiwanese version of Hoppin’ John.

Thai Iced Coffee:
To close out the meal, I explored a sweet and refreshing dessert drink. This caffeinated beverage will also give you that energy boost to get you through the rest of the day.

All in all, it was a great dining experience trying Taiwanese cuisine.
