Service sucks. I order just now, online ham and swiss baguette, my daughter went to pick it up and they gave her a ham and swiss croissant. She asked if they have the baguette and she was told by the barista (afternoon crew) “we dont have anything like that here” so my daughter left with croissant. I went back inside and ask if they have it. Of course they have it, and i pull out the one that they gave her, so i told the girl how come my daughter was given a croissant and was told that you guys dont sell it. She answered “ well do you want it or not? “ im not gonna argue anymore I dont know who told her that. So do you want it or not?. Instead of apologizing that they made mistake, she decided to throw some attitude. I understand if they dont have it, at-least ask my daughter if it’s ok for a replacement. They just decided to give what they want. Regardless of what age is your customer you shouldn’t discriminate.

There is one girl who works at Starbucks Emerson with long black hair. She might be the rudest girl I have ever interacted with. She threw my friends bagel on the counter and gave her the dirtiest look ever. This is not the first poor interaction I have had with her. My older sister ordered a strawberry açaí and when she was given her drink, she found a LONG BLACK PIECE OF HAIR in her drink. We politely asked for the lady to remake it and instead of saying yes of course, she replied “that’s not my hair”. I did not ask whose hair it was nor did I care. She needs has no clue how to treat costumers so whoever is hiring, please choose better people that know how to treat costumers with respect. I go to starbucks almost everyday and the only time I have a problem is when she is working.

Prefer the morning crew over the evening crew. Something is off with Zara, on the mic she seems sweet and friendly but once I got to the window no smiles and the least bit welcoming. Asked for a straw and she walked away perhaps she didn’t hear me but she saw me sitting there and I still had to blow my horn to get her attention. Just to avoid this awkward vibe I’ll stick with the A.M crew or drive to Paramus.

Worst iced coffee out of all the Starbucks in Jersey. Tasted like watered down coffee. Asked for a new one and their response was we don’t have the new machine ours is watered down. For $6 it better taste good!!!

Parking: Starbucks has a medium-sized parking lot and a drive-thru.
Kid-friendliness: Starbucks has so many diffrent age costumers and always treat each one of them with respect.
It's a great place for morning breakfast and great before my band lessons it wakes me up and gets me ready for the day and coworkers are so friendly to you even if your a kid and any age
