PASS…stopped in for lunch today, what a disappointment. The lunch menu is a joke, I got the lasagna for $14.99, it was a 3”x3” square and no more than 1/2 inch tall. Come on, I expected a smaller piece but really??? I received a piece that cost $1 to make. It was served so hot I had to wait 15 minutes to eat it. From the full menu we also ordered chicken limone, one piece was so tough I had to find the manager who remade one piece, he did add some pasta as I requested...read full review
I would not recommend Brio Italian Grill. The service was extremely disappointing—our server took 45 minutes just to bring bread and butter, and blamed the kitchen for delays. After finally placing our order, it took over an hour and a half to receive our meals.
To be fair, the food wasn’t bad, but the portion sizes were quite small. Overall, the service ruined the experience. I will not be returning. 5-10-2025 dinner 7:15 pm.
We dined for lunch and waited an unreasonable amount of time for the server to take our order. When the food was served, we didn’t see our server again until we were finished our meals. We needed water, but he never came around. He didn’t even ask how our meals were or if we enjoyed everything.

Brio Italian Grille offers good food, with dishes like the chicken cutlet sandwich, calamari, pork chop, and salads, although service can sometimes be inconsistent. Many diners have noted that the servers are often friendly and attentive, creating a pleasant dining experience. Portions can be generous, as some customers reported taking home leftovers. Food is served hot and fresh. The bar area and happy hour remain popular, and the patio provides a nice, breezy setting for meals. Seasonal desserts, like the chocolate chip bread pudding, are a highlight, though some diners have mentioned that certain desserts may not always be available. While the restaurant shows some signs of wear and tear, and the lack of shades on windows can lead to discomfort from sunlight, many appreciate the quality and value that Brio Italian Grille strives to maintain.
