I have been wanting to try Carlos Bakery for years. I finally got had the chance and was really disappointed. I ordered a few different things. I got a slice of the cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate covered strawberry. It was all just okay, nothing worth bragging over. The cheesecake had a really weird tangyness to it. It was very odd. I will not be returning to this bakery.

Friendly staff. Unique bakery. Ordered individual White Chocolate Mousse ($8.95), Individual Dark Chocolate Mousse ($8.95) and two Mixed Tarts ($9.95 each). Each was delicious and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their picks. If you decide to enjoy your pasties there, you can enjoy them with some hot coffee or tea. Tables and chairs are available. My only complaint would be prices were not listed on each of their items. I probably would have bought more items had the prices been visible.

The people who were helping to serve the were very nice most of the pastries were good except the zeppeole cannoli it was not fresh and it was stale I was very disappointed I have been coming to Carlo's bakery around 4
Had a few types of cakes ordered from there. One of the most overpriced bakeries in the area with possibly the most bland tatse. There seems to be some hype about the shop but have not foind a reason to go back. Quite underwhelming and not good value in my opinion.

My family and I are big fans of Cake Boss and present day Cake Dynasty. We live 20 minutes from the Marlton store and decided to take a trip to store. The store was clean and the staff immediately greeted us, which was nice. My husband and 2 kids raved about the lobster tails!!!?? I had an apple pastry and it was delightful. In fact so outrageously delicious that I had to make a u-turn and return back to store to buy another one?. What a real treat! Keep the great work Buddy and your Team!

Visited 11.23.23 Very excited they were opened for thanksgiving. This is the second carlos i've been to. One of the staff members wasn't too friendly.. Ordered the normal canoli tasted great.
