We placed a group preorder for myself and other teachers, and unfortunately several items were incorrect. Bacon was not removed from one of the salads as requested, and other ingredients were wrong on another order. Because this was a preorder, we expected extra care and accuracy. It was disappointing, especially when ordering for a group with specific dietary needs. We usually have good experiences here, so we hope this feedback helps improve future group orders.

So yesterday my parents and I had a few doctors appointments in the area and afterwards stopped at the chic fil a next to Olga’s diner in Marlton. My mom had some rewards on her app to use and the manager that helped her at the register was quite knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She took her time to make sure our order was correct. It was so well run and organized from the kitchen to the dining area to the bathrooms. Ever Christian the GM brought us our food personally and checked on us as well as many other tables to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We were more than satisfied with our visit to this location. The entire staff deserves so much credit for the amazing teamwork displayed. We will be back!

I realize it seems silly to rate a CFA but this location is always on point. They are friendly, helpful and just really seem to be happy. My first visit I noticed someone who seemed like he was management or upper leadership who went around to each employee and genuinely asked how they were doing, considering most of the employees are kids that makes me happy to know they are well taken care of. Sometimes we use the indoor playground while my older kids are at their sports activities and I never get rushed or feel guilty for using a table. And bonus points because the indoor playground always looks clean and well kept.

When I come here with my kids I feel like I’m at a restaurant 🙈 we love the play area always super clean and the workers are constantly coming around asking if we need sauces/refills etc. they also have amazing family craft nights on Tuesdays which we love attending
The cam out within 20 seconds and still tasted AMZING this man then came around asking if we wanted free samples when they got to our table he gave us the biggest portion of the samples then as we were leaving the gave us free ice cream on the house and I’m 100% sure all this happened because they heard me say “McDonalds is better” 😂😂😂😂 I can assure you McDonald’s does not deserve half the praise I’m giving Chick-fil-a right now
