Had a late lunch and I got the cobb salad while bf got the classic chicken sandwich (grilled instead of fried) along with the classic crab fries ( a must order). The service was fast & friendly and I have to give a special shout out to the managers at the merch counter for going above & beyond. I decided to buy one of each of their shirts (each in the various Philly sports teams’ colors - GO BIRDS). I mentioned that I was moving cross country and would miss this place. The manager not only threw in 2 free shirts but also a couple of pint glasses that are printed with Super Bowl LIX scores. Thank you from this hometown girl who’s gonna miss crab fries & Philly sports fans’ energy (nobody likes us, we don’t care).

I just want to take a moment to share my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Chickie’s and Pete’s. Two days ago, I lost a gold bracelet there that was not just a piece of jewelry, but a special birthday gift that was soooo sentimental to me. I was honestly extremely devastated and didn't know where it fell off. I retraced my steps for the day and called places I've been to leave my contact info. For context, I had a different bracelet that looked like it a few months ago which I lost. My partner knew how much I loved that bracelet and waited a few months to gift me this one for my birthday. So to lose the bracelet not once, but a second time?!?! I couldn't believe it. I truly prayed that it would come up, and by the following day, the staff at this location called me to tell me it was found!
I’m beyond grateful to the team for not only finding it but taking the time to reach out and return something so meaningful to me. Their honesty and integrity speak volumes about their character. Thank you again for your kindness. You’ve turned a stressful situation into one filled with gratitude and faith in good people. I’ll definitely continue coming to this location for the food and especially the service!!
Chickies is wondering why all the regulars in Marlton are going to other places is because there is no attention to detail.. The GM is lost … TVs are never in alignment to what is happening .. Sound is off by an inning or a few plays … Example : Sunday 1st weekend of football and the Phillies play … No attention to detail Phillies wasn’t even on .. No plan what’s so ever …. How do you run a sports bar and not know what games are on especially the Phillies in this market… When ask to put on was put on one tv that most people couldn’t see unless you were in front of it .. Didn’t care That’s the attitude….
This is why the Chicken and the Egg and LaScala are where all the people are going…
