Placed an order yesterday for pickup today at 1pm for my son’s birthday party, showed up 1:30 to pick it up. The ladies at the front desk have no idea and the manager, Surge comes out looking at me like I have three heads “no idea”. No apology or solution, just a stupid look on his face, I expect high school kids to have no idea, but a not manager. Just terrible, managers needs some training.

Went because they were having $1 crabfries. We double checked with the waiter that this was still being offered to which she said yes. We immediately ordered the combo fries and were not told that those were not a part of the deal until we were handed the check. I am lactose intolerant, and were told that the buffalo sauce contained dairy, so i switched the order to bbq. Those were brought out to me anyways, and having them sat in front of me I decided to eat them anyway. We were told that the bbq were already on the way if we still wanted them and we said sure. I figured that since they messed up the order and sat it in front of me, they would be thrown away anyways. So after all that we were charged for BOTH wings, and 11 dollar fries. Our food was also brought out all at the same time (appetizers and entrees). It felt very rushed all together. Food was great, service not so much.

Overall everything was great for our party of 12. We were celebrating a graduation and it was almost perfect. Overall temp was a bit chilly (bring a sweater) and loud (Friday night so it was kind of expected). Our server was AWESOME! Food was delicious. And we all had a great time.

Made reservations and still had to wait over an hour to be seated. Totally unacceptable if you take reservations.

What a terrible reservation, seating and divide process. Our reservation was for 4:30 and we arrived exactly on time. The hostesses told us to wait for our table and said nothing as we waited in front of them for 15 minutes. After being seated, no waitress came to us for over 10 minutes. I had to ask a passing waitress for help. They seated us at a giant table for 10 despite our reservation being for 7 and only having 6 people. We were then reseated. Once we were reseated and I told our waiter we had to hurry to attend a soccer game, theThe process improved. I've provided feedback to the restaurant without any response.

Enjoyed some of the offerings on the new seasonal menu. C&P is always dependable for upscale bar food and beverage selections. Service was so-so (and it was not crazy busy). Put in a crab fry order with our drinks--purposely to have before our dinner...only to receive the fries after the dinner came out. We were there to watch a game, and pace ourselves a bit for the two hours...so that did not really help. Next time, we won't even put in the dinner order for 30-45 minutes after sitting for a drink and app.

Spencer was absolutely perfect!! She was very sweet and on top of anything we asked. She knows her job very well and does it on piont.

Our server was great. She kept checking back to make sure we didn't need anything and to confirm our food was delivered correctly. Although the restaurant was busy, the food was served promptly and hot. It was delicious!
