No one spoke English in here playing a game like children never in my life did I want to reach over the counter so bad and to top it off thus disrespectful pos only gave me less then a spoonful of chicken never again will I go in here

This is the worst chipotle in NJ. I went in at 7:30 got 2 bowls. One of the bowls was a veggie bowl that she put 7 fajita veggies on. I asked for more as it is a VEGGIE BOWL & she added maybe 2. I asked for a large chips and queso. She filled the queso 3/4 of the way and when I asked for it to be filled to the top, was told that would cost extra. Why is it extra money to get the queso filled up completely that I am paying for? I then got sour cream on the side inside of in my bowl & extra cheese on the side for both bowls. She said only one side was free and I would be charged for the other side. She then said that if she dumped the sour cream that was already in the container on the side onto my bowl I would not be charged for "extra". If you order online and select "side" you do not charged. I have been going to chipotle for over 15 years and have not had an experience like this. She proceeded to tell me "this is how it is at chipotle" when it infact is not. She was rude and I told her to forget it & walked out. The man behind me was also having issues with his bowl. The customer service is horrible.

I usually love chiptole and the food is always great, but today I went in to order food and it seemed there was some new people I don’t know. I asked for half chicken and half brisket and I didn’t even get half of each. I may have recieved 3 pieces of chicken. I am not paying damn $10 for a burrito with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Like chiptole is honestly a joke. And I asked for more and the guy proceeded to give me another 3 tiny pieces of chicken, and the lady was yelling at him for giving metoo much. It’s just a joke and a scam for your money, yet to say with all my other ingredients the burrito was the size of my palm and eaten in 3 bites

i took my kids out to for dinner last night. After leaving the restaurant I immediately felt sick. stomach pain and nausea. I was in the bathroom for hours after I got home. Then my son started feeling the same thing. My daughter had severe stomach pain and was up all night. Will never be returning again.

I literally have never left a review of anything but this was so bad. The station was so messy my bowl was being dragged through food. At the end the kid didnt even put the lid on my bowl. I waited there after paying so confused and after like 3 minutes I had to say excuse me to the lady behind me in line and reach around and grab my bowl and put the lid on it myself. It seems like 15 year olds are running the place but then I saw a grown man. Im surprised I even left there with food lol

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had nothing but issues with this location. Today we arrived 5 minutes after the store opened. We were told they were out of guacamole for in store purchase and would have to make an online order in order to get the side of guacamole. So online I went to place an order for only guacamole… simply annoying but manageable. We also ordered a steak salad and get all the way to the checkout before we are told there is no salad dressing. When asked if it will be ready soon there is an uncertain answer about the blender and time and other staff members on break (5 minutes after the store opens and numerous items are clearly not prepped?). Turns out there was salad dressing in the refrigerator that no one checked and was only found after a request for a new meal was made by us. Finally, while trying to order food, staff members were on FaceTime laughing. The whole experience was irritating and with the constant issues we have at this location I would surmise this is our last visit.

Truly the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Went in an hour and a half before closing, the place was packed so you'd assume they'd be refreshing their stations, only to be told that half of their ingredients they were "out of". I'm sorry but bagged lettuce just needs to be opened and poured and considering there were at least 10 people behind us in line it definitely would have been used up. Also there were at least 3 people working so truly no reason that someone couldn't have been filling ingredients in.

My order was completely wrong I got SCAMMED I ORDED A 32oz drink and order Chips didn’t get that got a side of queso and no chips or drink ??? and I asked for brown rice and they gave me white rice this has to be some sick yoke I am never returning back to this restaurant this is unacceptable…. Don’t order from this restaurant

quit your job if it makes u so miserable. asked for a fuller sauce because this is literally empty. the rude girl working the counter said “thats all we can give u do u want another one???” with a rude dirty look. no babe, every other chipotle fills it ATLEAST halfway. chipotle count ur days and check in on ur rude workers.

No matter what time of the day I come into this location it’s always dirty. There’s always napkins all over the floor. Guacamole spread all over the tables. It’s like no one ever cleans up far the smallest portions I’ve ever received at chipotle.

By far the worst I’ve been to. There were more workers sitting done on lunch breaks than preparing food. They ran out of several food items with no idea when they would be ready, so staffing definitely wasn’t an issue.

constantly hiring new people that aren't being trained before they make your food- and your meal makes it obvious. got practically nothing in my bowl along with their vinaigrettes being filled maybe a quarter inch. i was also rung up for chips that i didn't receive. i admittedly come here way too often so to have this significant and random drop in quality is highly disappointing.
