Never experienced this kind of service at chipotle ever before.. I asked for some more beans and rice added to my bowl and the server tells me I’ll have to pay extra for that..? When I question it all the staff starts talking to each other in Spanish and I’m just standing there waiting and when asked what’s all the fuss about.. they said I’ll have to wait till they figure out what can be done as the manager does not speak English !!!! Finally I gave up as I kept waiting there with my 3yr old for his food and eventually walked out saying thanks I don’t need anything from here… Has this happened to anyone else ?

Absolutely horrible chipotle the worst I have ever seen in my entire life honestly they all are like this with no worry about the customers they told me there was no white rice left so they gave me brown and 2 seconds later after I purchase they bring out a tub of white rice, they should have said something and the employees with such bad attitude honestly and it was super super dirty absolutely disgusting u guys have to start cleaning because it’s unacceptable

This Chipolte very poorly run. Dirty. Service area no supplies and dirty. Booths and tables dirty and no one bothered to clean them whole time we were there. We mentioned we wanted to eat in booth but it needed to be cleaned and no one bothered. Still dirty when we left. Entry door filthy. It was 4:30 in afternoon. Not busy so no reason to not be cleaned and supplied.

I’m not one to complain but I have to say my burrito bowl was not that great at all. It was my first time coming to this location and i did a mobile order over the chipotle app. The portion sizes are so small , i barely had any chicken in my bowl , there was more lettuce and pico in it than the rice and chicken . Also not to mention it was kind of cold too . I won’t be coming back to this location again SMH

terrible customer service. got a chicken bowl and asked for my chicken on the side they charged me 5 dollars just to put it on the side… how does that even make sense. manager is very unprofessional, didnt want to provide any type of compensation and clarity do not come to this one! every other chipotle ive ever been to has no issue putting my chicken on the side free of charge because that makes sense if im paying for a chicken bowl but i want my chicken on the side, why am i being charged for a side of chicken … hopefully the owner or higher manager than the one that was there sees this because this is unacceptable. got my 50 dollars back because they didnt wanna provide any other option. very unprofessional yelling and screaming was un called for.

This is a terrible chipotle . every time i’ve gone in , someone has a phone in their hand with gloves on or didn’t wash their hands before putting new gloves , that is food safety hazard & i will be reporting this location . that’s disgusting to handle people’s food this way .
