Got sick after eating

I placed a large catering order with almost 2 weeks advanced notice. I also called the day of to make sure they received the order. I was scheduled to pick it up at 2pm. When I got there at 1:55pm, they hadn't started making it yet. The food was very good but it was late for the party.

Always a good meal except when you get double meat and it doesn’t quite seem like double meat, happens rarely but a bummer when it does. Other than that usually solid 9 out of 10 times

Not the best food preparation. Steak so dry it was almost crunchy. Onions and pepper also looked pretty old. They could do better.
Edit: Had to go back for a quick order. Still bad, not clean and chips stale. Lowering my score to 1 star.

Went to order a bowl and kids meal. I was told that there was no white rice at the time of my order and it would take 20 minutes before it would be available. The prep area was horrendous, not clean. I could not stomach the thought of ordering any kind of food. Canceled our order an left.

Please train your employees how to wrap burritos. They never do it right and clearly have a hard time doing it. Every time it is falling apart. We have stopped coming to this location.

Had a catering order for 15 people and for the most part they gave enough food in terms of the base, rice, etc. However, they gave me enough sour cream and fajita veggies for 5 people max. When I tried calling them, I was told I would have to pay more. That is absolutely ridiculous considering I paid for 15 people, I expect to receive enough for 15 people. I would have been better off buying 15 separate bowls. Please stay away from this location.

I ordered online, and honestly, if I didn’t have plans tonight, I’d be driving to the store to hand this food right back. How dare you serve this to anyone? To make it worse, the chicken I paid for wasn’t even in the bowl. I spent $25 for this? Completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund.

The Chipotle in this lovely area with plenty of shopping is a great place for lunch. However, the lady at the front counter was kind despite being clearly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, no one cleans the tables, supplies the utensils, cups, and napkins. The wait time was also quite lengthy. Management needs to add more good help and it could turn around quickly.

Went to go get my lunch here. When I noticed that they charged me twice, I had asked nicely for a refund. They continued to speak in another langue and were laughing. They refused to give me my refund after I showed them my bank statement showing they charged me twice. But they continued to laugh and told me that I can call 1800 chipotle. I’m disgusted. Maybe they are trying to scam and pocket the money.

This is easily the worst chipotle in the tri-state area. The management does an extremely poor job of keeping up with the place. Dirty tables, small portions, long waits and not the most friendly employees. I have been to many chipotle's and was astonished at just how bad this one is managed.

Despite its favorable location, this particular establishment lacked cleanliness and upkeep. Many tables were left dirty with food remnants, despite sufficient staffing. Additionally, while several staff members were stationed at the counter, the serving options were nearly empty, and the available food appeared less than fresh. Will look for another location in the area.

Never experienced this kind of service at chipotle ever before.. I asked for some more beans and rice added to my bowl and the server tells me I’ll have to pay extra for that..? When I question it all the staff starts talking to each other in Spanish and I’m just standing there waiting and when asked what’s all the fuss about.. they said I’ll have to wait till they figure out what can be done as the manager does not speak English !!!!
Finally I gave up as I kept waiting there with my 3yr old for his food and eventually walked out saying thanks I don’t need anything from here…
