The workers were being really mean. I asked for my steak on the side and they put about five pieces in one of those tiny guac cups then charged me $5 for it. I told them this never happened to me before and decided to opt out of the meat. Two employees started yelling at me that I shouldn’t have ordered it but I tried to explain that I didn’t know this would happen. They berated me and kept insisting that I pay over $5 for the steak on the side of my veggie bowl. I have been coming to this chipotle for a decade and I don’t think I will be back after this especially with the portion issue too.

It’s straight up disrespectful the portions you guys give out, I had to ask the guy for more meat becuase he had only put a spoonful of it on my burrito. On top of that the pibb is shooting out root beer instead! You guys are a joke. Don’t go here unless you really hate yourself.
Listen, I love Chipotle, but this location just sucks! I’ve given it a few chances and it’s bad every single time. I’ve walked in to find employees going at each other, the meat is always overcooked to the point that it’s charred and inedible, and they gave us moldy fruit in my kid’s meal. I’ve always found locations to be consistent, but this one just knocks it out of the park with bad quality.

I was in the restaurant and ordered two burritos, my third item was a chicken quesadilla. They told me they only fulfill chicken quesadilla orders online. I'm looking right at the guy and he would not make me a chicken quesadilla. He said he could make a kids chicken quesadilla but not a full. Why could he not make me a chicken quesadilla unless I ordered it online???? Chipotle is hitting rock bottom. To rub salt in the wound, toward the end of my burrito order that's when they told me they are out of guacamole and cheese.... Rock bottom.

The service at this location compared to the other locations is horrible, my mobile order was said to come out at 8:20 and took nearly to 8:40 before I saw them work on it. While my group was waiting for our orders, the location had no customers come in from the time we ordered to when we got our food. In the meantime, the locations employees were all either playing on their phones or gossiping in the back. For having zero customers and not making food at the moment, the restaurant was also very dirty all around as pictured in the photo below. Neither my group or myself will be returning to this location, <4/10

This location is ALWAYS a dumpster fire. Orders always come out well after the promised time, sometimes as long as 30-45 minutes. Today they are online order only as only two people are working in the entire store. Whoever is managing this location should be fired. This location needs an entire overhaul as it as poorly run am establishment as I have ever seen.
