Ordered two pizzas and some garlic knots at 1:30 pm today. Was sent a message that Emily had left the store at 2:00 pm to deliver the food. The food did not come until 3:00 pm and you can only imagine how cold it was. I did call the store at 2:40 pm and was told Emily was the only driver and had several deliveries. I was the last stop although I’m only 2 miles from the store.
I called the store to let them know I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a manager. This is actually the worst part of the ordeal. The young lady, I mean girl, said she was the assistant manager. I then asked for her name and to my amazement she said she didn’t feel comfortable providing her first name and she didn’t have to provide it. Of course, this was very odd. Instead of possibly writing a decent review on how “the unknown assistant manager” assisted me, it turned into me writing a negative review. I have ordered from this dominoes location for years, and unfortunately, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Unless new leadership is put in charge, expect bad service and unprofessional people.

It’s insane how bad the customer service is. Absolutely disgusting how rude the staff is. I highly doubt this review is going to matter because everyone already knows this about these guys but it’s worth mentioning. I’ve been to alot of different chain pizza places and you know what to expect at that price point but it’s just awful how disrespectful rude and disgusting they treat there customers. I don’t know how these guys are still in business
The garlic parm wings were horrible. Idk what sauce it is they used on them, but it’s NOT garlic parm. It’s disgusting. The Philly cheesesteak pizza is nothing like it. They make whatever they want honestly and just give it to you. Never again. $50.00 down the drain, i had to come and leave a review.

Dominos is just basic pizza, toppings are overrated and pricey. When you get there for a pickup especially when you are 10 minutes late, it takes some time before they find your order.

The dough was not properly proofed, so the pizza never had a chance to be delicious. On the phone, the crew member stated that they were out of mushrooms, could they offer anything else. I asked them to add a little more vegetables, but this didn't happen. There is no need to be out of any ingredient as it is common for these franchise stores to go to the next Dominos and get products. The amount of cheese and toppings was very sparce. The wings were barely warm, and I feel out dated and old.
