Fresh doughnuts, made to order. You can be as creative as you want to be. Lots of toppings to choose from. Excellent iced coffee. Staff was friendly and patient, didn’t rush us thru the ordering process and it was fun to watch them make the doughnuts.

Ordered an iced chai latte and got some sort of frozen drink that wasn’t blended enough instead? Would have said something but we had already waited 5+ minutes after our donuts were done for 2 drinks (1 hot chai, 1 iced).

Personally I think the donuts are a tad over rated… however the vanilla and cinnamon donut is absolutely divine. The service here was exceptional. I would come back solely for the donut & for the service!

I love the fresh donuts, and was craving something apple cinnamon, so i tried the apple cinnamon donut holes. $15 for 20 small, old, chewy microwaved dontut holes was an absolute let down.

Idk I been hype to try these donuts for months now, me and my coworkers agree, they aren't terrible by any means, but the price point is a bit steep for the quality of donut, in my opinion, zallies at shop rite has better bigger donuts for way better pricing

Ordered sandwiches through DoorDash and the order was wrong. When we contacted Duck Donuts, the man was very rude, first blaming a new employee for the error, then saying it was DoorDash’s fault. Said the only way to rectify was to either order again at full cost, or get a credit through DoorDash and order using that. It was NOT DoorDash’s fault. When we went on DoorDash, we could not get a refund.
There are a bunch of places to get breakfast sandwiches or donuts. Avoid Duck Donuts if you want a correct order and good customer service. Anywhere else would be better.

I have been to duck donuts one time a few months ago and I had a positive experience. The cinnamon donut was delicious and the service was quick. The worker was kind.
Tonight, I wanted to go back to Duck Donuts and got there at 6:54 PM. They close at 7. I went to open the door and it was locked. The man came out and said they were closed. I told him I thought they close at 7 and he shut the door and locked it once again.
I’m confused why you wouldn’t want business when the store is still open.
