I no choice but to pick the stars bc otherwise it won’t post !!! BUT…..

Honestly I give it ZERO STARS! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS! I went yesterday and the girl who made my drink had it spilling and cup dirty. Then on top of that the drink I asked for, wasn’t even made right, there was so much ice that she put in there to the point where I couldn’t even drink it. I ordered a frozen coffee with caramel. Smfh. Then today I went again to retry give it another chance. AGAIN! DRINK WAS NOT MADE RIGHT. I ordered a small frozen coffee with caramel. SIMPLE!. THATS IT. . I tried to tell the guy who took my order about my issue yesterday and to ensure my order was made correct. He basically brushed me off and cut me off in the middle of talking. ANNNNDDDD still managed to mess up my drink NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES!!!!!… first they handed cinnamon sugar, not once did I ask for that. The second time they remade it , it had whip cream and cinnamon sugar on top. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANY OF THAT EXTRA STUFF… then the third time they made it it was watery, no caramel OVER ALL DISGUSTING DRINK. I ever drank. I went back inside and asked for a refund…. I don’t understand how Dunkin’ Donuts has no standards when it comes to training staff and having an over all customer expectation policy. They need to do better. I don’t understand how this location is open at all. Everything sucks about this location, the staff is not welcoming, they don’t listen to the order, they follow what the customer is asking of them. We as customers spend our hard earned money at places like this just for locations such as this one, show that they don’t care about what you’re ordering and how you want it. Who ever the person that owns it and runs it. NEEDS TO DO BETTER AND BE MORE INVOLVED. Ima gonna tell everyone I know not to come here. I work in the food industry in the management field and this is the worst location. Management needs to do better. I bet with all the bad reviews on here , they aren’t doing anything about it . 3.2 star is beyond horrible. Never coming back and im gonna tell everyone and anyone not to come to this location. Got a bunch of of teenagers running the floor and no management in sight. Perusal Dunkin managers love to just sit in the office. If you’re gonna own a business it’s more than just getting sales. Sales don’t matter if you don’t have returning customers. You loose business and reputation becomes bad. . I’m gonna email or reach out to cooperate. For every franchise there is someone they have to report to for the company over all. This place is trash! People there are horrible! Again do not go there !!!

Food was decent but the staff treated my husband like he was an idiot because I asked him to get me an “iced green tea latte.” Obviously, I told him different wording than what’s on the menu - but matcha is a green tea.. they told him there is no such thing as a green tea latte and offered a regular latte and a chai latte instead. If you googled “iced green tea latte” - you would be directed to recipes for an “iced matcha latte” Finally someone suggested a matcha latte.. but the staff rolled their eyes and told him there is absolutely no green tea in matcha. Staff should know what they are serving- not only is the drink green and should’ve been the first suggestion when he made his request .. but matcha is a type of green tea- the best of green teas … higher in antioxidants and caffeine. They were annoyed with my husband because they wasted two drinks but they should know matcha is a green tea. They wasted their own time and product by not educating themselves on that they are selling. I wonder what they think matcha is. Very disappointed with the customer service

Eternity is so sweet, every time I go she is very fast, efficient and gets my order right. Whenever there is a longer line at the drive-thru, if she is there I can count on her that the wait will not be long. She is always going above and beyond when I stop in or do drive-thru. She makes my dunkin’ experience memorable!!

Placed an order ahead of time and the woman at the window scolded us for an order that wasn’t ours?? My friend and her husband went to pick up the order and the woman at the window and slammed down two containers of munchkins and said “so you didn’t want the bucket??? It’s cheaper to get the bucket” and they told her they didn’t get any munchkins, just a coffee. And then the woman just shoved the coffee at them and said nothing else. Really rubbed us the wrong way.

I went and ordered my food at 10 and it took 25 min to get my food. Everyone that came in after me and my bf ordered and got their food before us( 6people came in after us) then they gave us the wrong order. I think they have some sort of metric that they have to meet as well, because they said that my order was ready On their screen for About 5 to 7 minutes, and removed from ready on Their screen about 10 minutes before I even got it.

NEVER gets our order right. It’s difficult to always check our bag if we get a lot of food, but there’s ALWAYS something missing and/or wrong completely
