Beware before you place any mobile order from here! They always close early and never stick to their posted schedule. Twice I have placed mobile orders here only to arrive and find the store to be closed. I would understand if it was late at night but this was 3 in the afternoon. I have visited this Dunkin for the last time.

Second time I placed a mobile order here and they closed early. There were about 5 people waiting outside of the store with mobile orders. The owner showed up and said to a dasher “oh they decided to close at 5pm.” Okay so why is the mobile ordering still available when you closed? Wasn’t able to get a refund on either of my orders. Very big inconvenience and I won’t be coming back to this location again. Probably time they close down.

I ordered two medium iced coffees with less ice. They charged me 50 cents extra per coffee. First time that’s ever happened to me, I will not be returning to this dunkin ever again.You fill up the entire cup with ice, so by me asking for less ice, it feels like I’m actually getting what I paid for. But your franchise is so stingy, cheap, and frugal that you, as an $8 billion dollar company, find the need to charge me an extra $1 for less ice? Unbelievable.

Wheelchair accessibility: Restricted mobility is not provided. Entrance in a wheelchair through the two door entrance would be challenging at best, especially without assistance.
