I’m writing to formally complain about repeated problems with my orders from your location.
Today’s order was incorrect again, and this is not the first time. On multiple past occasions, items have been missing or wrong. Each time I raise the issue, I’m told a refund cannot be processed because a manager is “not there.” This has become a recurring excuse rather than a solution.
Beyond incorrect orders, the food quality has been consistently poor. Considering the prices and expectations, this level of service and quality is unacceptable.
I’m reaching out because I would like this issue properly addressed — not brushed off. I expect either a refund or a clear resolution plan, and assurance that this location will improve its order accuracy and food standards.

I went here this morning and had to write a review - I was so impressed! We went through the drive through, they took our order quickly and got the food right to us. Everything was accurate and the staff was super friendly!

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff greet you upon entrance. They make your order correctly and they listen to your adjustments you make. Every time I come everyone is so pleasant, kind and friendly. Thank You 💕

I guess we caught all the workers in a rude mood. The manager kept closing the window on us when we were speaking about an issue. Seems like most people who work here are incompetent! Spend your morning somewhere else :)

I walked in wearing a hoodie with a golf hat and sunglasses expecting the staff and workers to find me suspicious and treat me differently from other customers. Turns out that I was wrong and got the same amount of kindness and respect as the other customers who weren't disguised as someone who looks suspicious. 5 Stars.

Got a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was horribly stale. You could barely chew it. Definitely not very concerned about food quality.
