I’m very dissatisfied as I got an entirely wrong order. I ordered a black coffee with two sugars and a raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I got a coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel with regular cream cheese. I noticed the coffee was wrong and the person at the drive through argued with me that it was the right order. I had to take off the lid to show him the added cream so he’d get me the right coffee. I didn’t notice the wrong bagel order until I left so I had to stop at another Dunkin closer to work and buy a new bagel. Definitely didn’t care about my order or my concerns.

I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin every Thursday for about 8 months now to get 2 dozen donuts for my meeting for work and being disabled veteran I request a military discount and they have always been polite and give me the discount and I know most of the employees there, how ever this morning I had an encounter with the store manager and he refused to give me a discount and told me that this location has never done it before to which I offer to show him my credit card statement only because at this point he was accusing me of lying and he denied and I said that’s fine I will go to the one down the street and he was extremely ignorant and rude and unfortunately I will just not be returning to this location as the disrespect and hostility the manager showed has just lost my business
