I walked in wearing a hoodie with a golf hat and sunglasses expecting the staff and workers to find me suspicious and treat me differently from other customers. Turns out that I was wrong and got the same amount of kindness and respect as the other customers who weren't disguised as someone who looks suspicious. 5 Stars.

I’m very dissatisfied as I got an entirely wrong order. I ordered a black coffee with two sugars and a raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I got a coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel with regular cream cheese. I noticed the coffee was wrong and the person at the drive through argued with me that it was the right order. I had to take off the lid to show him the added cream so he’d get me the right coffee. I didn’t notice the wrong bagel order until I left so I had to stop at another Dunkin closer to work and buy a new bagel. Definitely didn’t care about my order or my concerns.
