Some of the staff is very nice and helpful and some do not have any customer service skills at all. Hot drinks are always served lukewarm every single time I’ve come in I don’t understand why.

My least favorite Dunkin' around. They can never get an order straight in the drive-thru. When ever my order consists of coffee and anything else, donut, sandwich, anything, they hand me the drink and stand there until I ask for the rest of my order. Then I have to tell them what is missing. This has happed almost every time I go there.

There's always something with this Dunkin'. I either have to go back in the store for a forkn or they give me lemonade that isn't sweet. Today, I've had it. Absolutely disgusted at my breakfast this morning. I ordered in the app with clear specifications of how I wanted my sandwich assembled, of course to my surprise as I pulled off from the drive-thru and bit into my sandwich, my specifications weren't honored. You know what a restaurant is trying to get rid of a batch of food thats about to be outside of its prepared time to serve range. Otherwise, food that will need to be thrown away. Instead of making me new batch of hasbrowns, they give me a bag full of old cold hash browns that they probably should've shrank out. I never understood forcing old food on your customers and tricking them into thinking that they are about to get a substantial hot meal that they spent their hard earned money to buy from your place of business. I work hard every day, If I'm paying you for a service,l it's because I need it, why would you give me something old that even you wouldn't want to eat? What makes you think I want to both eat & pay for garbage? Absolutely disgusting even though I live right across the street from them, I'm never going there again. Last visit. Basically all Dunkin's are trash anywhere you go.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my 43 years of life. The employees are rude, ignorant and completely disrespectful. I order online (because it is within walking distance of my business) and when I go to pick up my food, they don’t have anything. Ever. They never have anything that Dunkin sells. The place is dirty, and dingy. Just go across the street to starbucks or to the Dunkin down a bit in front of Planet Fitness.

EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED. No one works at the front. They get aggravated when you call them over to wait on you. They close early before they're supposed to. They have half the donuts they should. They don't make frozen coffee past a certain time. PURE LAZINESS from the top down. Whoever is overseeing operations here is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They are lazy and incompetent and RUDE. They fired the workers who were high as a kite and honestly, I want them back over who is currently working here. Give your money to another Dunkin - or better, Starbucks. The coffee's better anyway.
