Will not come back to 5 guys. I placed an order through 5 guys app for a later time as I was not at home. Food was delivered 1 hour early and sat outside. Tried calling for assistance, the manager was rude, not friendly and unpleasant. I’ve never been this upset with food service and I don’t normally complain(this is my first review). 5 guys should look at this managers attitude.

everyone super friendly employee who made my PB milkshake was exceptionally sweet and personable. Made me feel comfortable in there. Manager was extremely cool and communicative while I was waiting for my order. Food was good as always. But that Milkshake had me drooling after I finished, need one everyday

I usually only peep in this location to run to the bathroom just because I walk around the shopping center frequently but with the warmer weather ive stopped in to get milkshakes like twice and food once and theres this one gentleman who is so sweet! I wish I got his name but he’s been in the store both times I got shakes and he’s so polite, the foods great, the stores clean and everyones very friendly! They forgot my drink at one point and I asked if there was one in the order just to double check and they didn’t even need to check the receipt (though I would have showed it, because I did buy it and I checked afterwards) and gave me the drink no problem. Such sweethearts! And look at all the extra fries included in my order haha, made my night! :)

The manager Armani, and staff member Mia helped me so much with my order and navigating my “issue” with the menu. Really I just needed help ordering over the phone but they handled me in person instead with so much understanding. I’ve been to this location so many times but they really helped me during this encounter, and I appreciate them for that!
