Terribly long waiting time (at least) for pick ups and their dishonesty about it when you ask. The staff seem to be trained to lie to us. Low attitudes toward customers. Five guys stores are almost same as bad

great burgers on the worst, soggiest buns in the known universe. what are they thinking with these buns???? halfway through you're not even eating a burger anymore, you're eating a shapeless meat salad as fast as you can before it disintegrates through your fingers. the napkins they throw in the bag would have higher structural rigidity than these buns, wet. equivalent to building a house on a mud foundation. could probably charge 2x if they marketed it like an american burrito bowl instead. the fries were great.

Five Guys delivered a delicious experience! The hotdog was perfectly grilled, and my wife's burger was juicy and flavorful. The highlight, though, was definitely the Cajun fries – they had just the right amount of spice. The quality of ingredients was evident, and the customizable options allowed us to tailor our meals to perfection. The casual, friendly atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment. Five Guys continues to be a go-to spot for tasty, indulgent comfort food.
Went to 5 guys and there was a miscommunication regarding my order but when I asked about fixing it Armani was super understanding and super quick about rectifying the mistake. 10/10 customer service and as always the food is awesome. Will definitely be returning soon :)

Had my "once in a while" burger, and it was delicious. Everything is made to order. Nothing beats those seasoned fries.
Everything was great from the service to the food for me my mom didn't like her veggie sandwich and said it was dry but added extra onions, and peppers so not sure why she didn't like it ? Fries were fresh and made without salt ! Thanks again

I almost got hit by an ice maker vent cover that fell off the top of one of the coke freestyle drink machines. Other than that, the food was good.

There’s something about a worker in service when their energy is toxic. It engulfs the customer like napalm!!! This guy who took our order wearing the mask and beard was so toxic that I almost lost it. The worst thing a business can do is put a person like this to greet their customers. And fives guys is not Impervious to fail if they hire people like this.
