Their food is very good however if you're picking it up to take home the plastic boxes that they put the food in unfortunately just make the bread so soggy it's definitely affecting the quality of the food.

I was waiting to leave a review! This place is definitely a Hidden Gem and I want to let everyone know how good it is the hot roast beef and the hot roast pork is spectacular not to mention all of their other menu items I've been coming here for over 15 years before and after the fire. I have entertained groups of five or more and never had any problems whatsoever dining in take it from a truck driver this is a good place to eat

Gave it a low star , a bit disappointed waited a little while for the food ordered, pizza, fries and a pizza turnover. Fries were cold and it was old (not edible). Pizza pie was also cold. Turnover was the only thing that was warm.

Wow!!! We have been going to Franco’s for over 3 decades. Back in the day it was our go to place- not so much now. Over the past two years we have been disappointed with what was brought out from the kitchen. What is listed on the menu is not what comes to our table. Usually the waitress is apologetic and tries to fix it not so much today. Obviously she was spread thin being the only waitress working today however instead of being apologetic for the kitchen errors she said that the chef always makes the dish that way and she always serves it that way even though the menu states something different. She made us feel like we were not entitled to have what was listed on the menu. On top of that we were overcharged on our beverage - the menu listed one price and we were charged more. This is an owner situation 🤨 Where is the consistency? Why is this family owned business not keeping an eye on the quality and making sure they have adequate staff on site? I am so sad because as much as I feel very loyal to Franco’s I cannot go back there anymore! The customer is right. We will not be back, sorry😩
Just had a regular pizza slice , really enjoyed it. I consider it boardwalk style , first time here , I'll be back !

Last time that I will order from this place! Ordered chicken marsala with linguini & salad, soup & bread. It was horrible! No taste at all, chicken was like cardboard! Called them & all I was offered was free replacement at 8:30 pm and I was not driving up there from Medford. No mention of a refund! This is the second time & that's it, not going back after 10 years of ordering from it!
