My family and I were recommended to eat at Franco's. We did so on Saturday October 19th. We were 4 adults and two children, 5 and 3 years of age. All of us were extremely happy with everything from the service to the food. Very friendly waitress and the food was delicious. The owner even took time to speak with us. My grandchildren were very entertained, by having crayons and coloring book given to them and having starters come out early enough to occupy their needs. Also, there was enough food to have for dinner the next night.

They messed up our order big time. Ordered fresh cut fries and eggplant Parm sandwich for takeout. When we came home we realized for not the first time that they gave reg fries and instead of eggplant parm sandwich we got steak. Immediately called the restaurant and they asked me to bring the food back. It was already 830pm and I told we can pick up a replacement order in 2 days. The guy asked to bring the food in 2 days to the restaurant despite of telling I have taken pics of the order that was messed up. Terrible customer service. Have been going there for over a decade. Pathetic experience. Steak sandwich already in trash can in the pics.

The food is consistently good. Portions are very large.
Personally, I would prefer slightly smaller portions and have them knock some off the prices. Maybe offer a lunch, senior, or early bird menu.
I do recommend and will definitely keep going back.
The staff is always pleasant and attentive.

Parking: Parking right out front. In shopping center but for some reason the lot was super crowded.

Really relaxed place with great tasting food. I had the raviolis and they were amazing. Everyone else I was with enjoyed their meals, as well. Attentive staff. Will return for lunch and dinner!

The food is great but you gotta tell the lady on the phone you want your toppings on the whole pizza. I ordered a “large pepperoni pizza” but got half cheese half pep. In what world do people have to specify I want a large pepperoni pizza on both sides?

Amazing pizza and other Italian cuisine. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the service was fast and friendly. They have a wide variety of choices on the menu, including burgers, quesadillas, salads, cold/hot sandwiches, pizza specialties, and more. Definitely recommend stopping here for a slice one day!

After hearing a lot of hype about this place, my wife and I decided to give it a try. We decided to dine-in, but wish we did take out instead. The atmosphere is very casual and felt more like a diner rather than an Italian restaurant. The service was good and the staff were very welcoming.
We received our food quickly and everything came out nice and hot. The issue was with the infestation of gnats / fruit flies. They were everywhere and we couldn't wait to leave. I'm sure this not the norm, but felt it needed to be mentioned. We believe they were coming from the succulent plants that were at each table.
We would definitely order take out from this restaurant in the future.
Dinner order: - Shrimp Scampi: Very good flavor and portion. The garlic bread that was included was not so good though.
- Side Salad with creamy Italian dressing: Excellent
- Reds and Rabe Sandwich: Chicken was tough and dry, but a large portion. *Charged $13.95 instead of menu price of $12.95.
- Side order of fries: A little undercooked, but good. *Charged $6.95 instead of menu price of $2.00 (sub for chips). They did adjust the bill upon request.
Walked into this place to pick up a salad for lunch and specifically asked for a tuna salad with no black olives and I got chicken with black olives and also no egg when I went to go eat my salad the next day for lunch I couldn’t eat it all because I am a pescatarian. When I called the girl told me that she would give me a refund had to call back to follow up only to be told that they don’t issue refunds and had to speak to three different people about it. They only offered me a credit or a new salad, but not only was the salad Not that great but also wrong so that’ll be the first and last time I ever go to this restaurant unfortunately

This was our 5th and last time eating here. We've always had good experiences and the food has always been tasty. Fortunately tonight was a completely different experience. It's been about three to four months since we've eaten at Franco's and things are completely different. I ordered a chef salad. It comes with garlic bread. Normally the salad is sizable and very tasty. This time the size was still decent even if a little bit smaller than in the past but it was hardly any meat at all. Oh, the garlic bread never arrived. My son order two slices of pepperoni pizza. The waitress came back to the table to let us know that they only had one slice available and that they could make us a personal Pizza if we would like to pay for that. Knowing that the personal Pizza is tiny we opted to purchase a large pizza instead. Big mistake, what arrived is what I would consider a large small to a medium. You'll see by the photo that it only takes up about 60 to 70% of the tray. This by the way cost $20 for the pizza. Tiny but still tasty. We also ordered pizza fries. Unfortunately, like the garlic bread, it never arrived. When we are done eating the waitress then asked if we'd still like our pizza fries and garlic bread. Obviously the answer is no. While we were there there was a pickup order that was having problems with payment and somebody called that has a delivery order and obviously received the wrong food. So the problems were only going and not just with us. The waitress was nice enough and the cashier was as well. When he asked how everything was I told him about half our food not arriving and the fact that our large pizza was a medium at best. The only response I got was, oh I'm sorry. Just not good. It's a shame cuz we really used to like it here. We spent $39 for what I consider a small pizza and the salad.

I tried this for the first time today while in the area and the Sicilian pizza was great. The crust is crunchy and the insight is soft and light. The mozzarella sticks were homemade and delicious, not like the frozen ones that places usually serve.
