Placed an order online on 12/24 around 1:30pm. Food was delivered and one sandwich was completely different from what was ordered, and my son couldn't eat what was sent. Called Franco's and told them. Was told they could not re-deliver, and even though it was their mistake, would not refund the money to my credit card. She said if I was standing in front of her, she would give me the $11. I was not going to drive all the way over there. It was $11...not the end of the world, but it's the principle of it. After going back and forth for a few minutes, she agreed to credit my card. Six days later, no credit. Called manager, explained what happened. He told me they don't do refunds, even if they make a mistake. Told me he would text the owner to look into it, but that the owner was out of the country. Never heard another word. So they're keeping my money. Again...it's not like it was a lot of money, but to basically tell me...too bad, you're not getting your money back, after they gave me the wrong order, and admitted to it, is terrible business practice and just a crappy thing to do.

Honestly this place is undervalued. Take out or dine in and I have yet to have a meal I don't enjoy here. The service is great, everything is prepared fresh, homemade soups. What more does anyone need. Looking forward to returning again.

EDIT: I can't stand when Owner's make STUPID and unprofessional responses on google. It says on your menu Penne with Butter SAUCE. Clearly YOU don't know what a SAUCE is. A sauce isn't melted butter. A sauce binds. Butter SAUCES normally have some kind of thickener such as flour or cornstarch. Or if not a thickener you at LEAST add seasonings i.e. garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice etc. Yours was DRY and BLAND, period. Just oil and tasteless.& notice how thats the only thing you responded to and not the wrong descriptions (or just your company's error) and lack of customization on door dash or the lack of accommodation/good customer service for your customers when yall drop the ball. Now you can have one star for tryna be a smart aleck with such a DUMB comment instead of receiving what your customer is saying and learning ?Penne in Butter Sauce was very dry and bland. It's not an actual sauce it's just melted butter so it doesn't stick to the noodles.Garlic Bread is supposed to come with the order according to the description on Door Dash but they just sent a roll with butter packets ... The roll was at least soft but that isn't the point. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did ask for Shrimp to be added even though the option isn't on Door Dash & requested to be able to call and give my card number for the upcharge and my request was honored. & when talking to the manager about the situation she was nice on the phone but even with being nice she wasn't accommodating. She offered no compensation or solution in the moment to the situation besides saying when I order in the future to call and let them know xyz. Why would I want to just order again? ... I believe she should've asked if I wanted to come in and get a new order or at least get my garlic bread that it says I'm supposed to get on Door Dash at the very bare minimum.Guess you live and you learn.

Just got a large tomato pie. I don’t know if it’s a new owner or cook but it looks and tastes like Domino's pizza.

man oh man, where to start..back in 2018 i moved to the marlton/evesham area and felt out of place being from north jersey. a fish out of water, if you would. and i was curious about the local joints nearby. my cousin was kind enough to recommend me this place and i am so glad he did.now i'll admit, i'm typically a guy who has his favorites on a menu and rarely colors outside the lines. but what i have had here? it's been fantastic! especially their standard pizza. you might think it sounds boring or "normal". but son, it packs a serious wallop of flavors. my lactose intolerance might hate me for several hours after, but it's worth the pain every single time.not to mention they also have a fantastic option for those who suffer like me with their tomato pies! never thought i'd dig pizza without the main show, but golly i was wrong!so if you're ever in the area and are hunting for a quick bite at a decent price. make sure you check out this stop! because in the wise words of kyle schwarber.."it's a grand slam!"

The last two times I’ve ordered, once on the phone and the last time online my order was screwed up. Both times when i called they were less than enthusiastic about making the situation right or apologizing. Both times i picked my order up after working all day so didn’t know it was wrong until i got home at which point I’m not likely to drive back. I doubt i will be ordering from here again.
