Johnny Longhots- Marlton Rte 70

I come to this place normally for food when I get a chance to go on break. I usually get the penne vodka or pizza but decided to try something new, I purchased Alfredo and zeppoles, the zeppoles were a bit hard and the Alfredo was extra soupy. As soon as you put the sauce on a noodle/ spoon? It slid off like water. Watery is a better description because even some soup broths are thicker than the Alfredo sauce they served me. I tried to call and try something else since the pasta was very uncomfortable to eat and distasteful but they closed. I call the next few days to try to resolve it and they proceed to tell me there’s nothing they will do, which sucks since I’m a frequent spender here. Poor Alfredo sauce and service. Oh and since there is nothing they can do for me, I’ll never return here until I speak to a manager. the way they have treated me is not how you run a business, cook alfredo or handle food complaints! oh i also called and got my information took down and was told a manager would contact me back but never did so i called back and ryan told me tonya told him to not refund or replace anything for me, proceeded to then say if i had anything else about the situation come in tomorrow after 4 to speak to tonya. highly disappointed in the service, alfredo and behavior.

it was almost perfect. The only pizza is better than Johnnylongshots Is Chuck e cheese's.

Panini, side of fries and order of longhots took an hour to make… I ordered at 5:45 and it is 6:47 and my food is still not ready. They claim they’re still waiting on my long hots to be done. They’re acting like it’s rare to order longhots when it’s in their name???

My second time ordering with them. Both times food was great. Delivery driver was so nice. I even accidentally put my order for a pick up and had it changed to delivery and they accommodated it.

Steaks are amazing! Huge! Leftovers for sure. Fries needed to be cooked longer & salted which was disappointing. Would def go back to try other sandwiches!

This place is usually my go to spot but recently I have not been happy. Tonight(Mother’s Day) I ordered a pizza at around 830 pm because I had a early dinner and was still hungry.The pizza was so under cooked it was inedible.There was two young kids in the place so I assume they just want to get out of there and close.If that is the case,they shouldn’t of took my order.
