Ordered curbside pick up over 30 minutes before closing time. I already paid for my order, no body brought the order out to us. Went to the drive through and still no body telling anybody they are closing and just letting a huge line grow in the drive thru. Employees just walking around inside and ignoring everyone and all the customers. Wasted almost an hour of our time trying to get food that we already paid for and was supposed to be ready before we even got there. App won’t ask let me request a refund have to call the store. Clearly employees don’t care… not mad I didn’t get my food just want my money back.

Put in a mobile order for breakfast @ 9:58. Of course the service in the drive thru and inside is so bad i order on my uber eats app because who doesn't want to eat mcdonald's? Anyway being how terrible they are, they figured they'd wait till 10:35 to cancel my order and waste my time. I work @ 12pm and i'm just trying to eat breakfast before work. Now i have to find something else to eat because the staff is lazy? As if they were out of anything it's just pure laziness. Why do you allow this?

Absolutely a waste of time. I did get my food and all, but they messed up my orders, took like REALLY long for getting my food and the food for the person in front of me, and my order was really simple. Of course, I understand it can be hard to work at food places, but almost everytime I've been coming here these last two months, I've been met with the same thing. The codes always get messed up, the kiosks are absolutely horrendous, and it's just been slow overall. I don't know what's happening or why this is taking so long.

I ordered food and asked for honey mustard sauce...I asked again when I paid no response I asked again when picking up the food they said we have to charge...I was more than willing to pay but he shut the window and walked away...then food was ice cold large french fries was less full than medium one .I called to tell manger she was extremely rude...I called corporate number on the receipt no call back I emailed them no response...I will starve before I ever go there again. I only stopped there because I was at the emergency room for 3 hours with my son...

Ordered in store pickup order from app. Two kids meal and one sandwich. Took more than 50 minutes, and no drink in my bag, other 10 minutes. Ended up late picking up my kids from school because of the ridiculous delay.

I ordered breakfast at 10:40 and arrived at 11:04. They told me despite taking my money and accepting the order that they would not make my food. They gave me no notice that my order would not be made in advance, or that if i showed up after 11 that they would refuse to follow their end of the agreement. The staff was also extremely rude and unfriendly. 0 stars if i could rate it that.
