Bagels are fine but it is weird that they turn off the phones when they are a little busy and you can’t order and do a quick pickup.
Went in to support Beeler on Valentine's Day, but at 9 am in the morning they were out of so many types of bagels. My family's top three requests were out of stock. I left without purchasing anything and just cooked breakfast instead. Next time I'll skip the waste of time shopping here and skip to the end result of cooking at home instead.
Response to owner:
Your poor planning is no excuse. The parade was announced on Monday, Valentines Day is the same day every year, and the fund raiser was planned ahead of time. Resorting to name calling is another poor move by a small business owner. You would think that this trifecta of events would be an opportunity to engage with new customers. To win their business for the future. Even if you did have some spoilage at the end of the day due to over baking, it would be worth it with all the extra sales made. Missing opportunity sales as a small business owner is bad business. Do better.
Its days like this I miss the old owners of this location. No longer being welcome at a bagel place that doesn't stock bagels. Oh no. What shall I do? And yes, I do have experience in the food service industry. Now I suggest you get back to fixing your bagel business and stop fighting online. Lots of work for you to do.

Honestly I’m really sad that I have to be writing this. I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area. Bagels are great when they’re…normal. I love coming here and I have no issues other than the fact this is the SECOND time my boyfriend and I received a sandwich with inedible “things” that should NOT end up in food let alone our mouths. First time was a considerable amount of green fuzz..Not one piece but all over throughout the sandwich. Thankfully we were compensated with credit for what I was hoping was one unlucky mistake.
Today I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a bagel sandwich while he was at work. Attached you will find that he had actually chewed on a STAPLE. This is outrageous and so so disappointing. Imagine if this had gotten lodged into his gums. Bad bad bad.
I’m sorry I have to be writing this but I attempted to call to discuss this, no answer or voicemail. Soooo disheartening and I don’t want anyone else ending up with weird things in their mouth.
Absolutely terrible experience here today. We ordered and received our order. On our way out the employee ran out because they gave us the wrong order. We got our “correct” order and left. Got home and the order was still wrong. Had to drive all the way back, the employee expressed no concern for the service errors, no apology or anything. Our order was simple, 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. If the first order taker, the young kid in a chiefs sweatshirt, spent less time flirting with the girls waiting for their food, he might have avoided all of this. Very sad as I’ve heard positive things about this shop and who may be the owner. I appreciate the need and willingness to hire young adults but maybe offer some supervision, the face of the business was 3 young employees that might not have the passion for service yet.

Waited 20 mins for my whitefish salad sandwich. This is what $10 whitefish sandwich looks like. Never going there again!

Three strikes, you're out! Last 3 orders have been completely wrong/horrible. When the owner was around, this place ran like a tight ship! It's really become trash in recent months. Disappointed, as this was always my go to spot. Seems recent reviews agree... wheres the owner?!?
They constantly mess up simple orders. Whether I call ahead or order in store they came seem write an order down and follow it. I constantly get wrong order - they put cream cheese when I ask for butter, I ask for well done toasted and they put it in a microwave(seems like). Problem is this isn’t first time and I’m sick of having to go back(and being told I took the wrong order - like you gave me a number, called my number and have the stones to tell me I messed up). Sucks they have great bagels, but service is trash. Moving on from this place.

This is the second time I’ve come in and been disappointed by poor service. First time a few months ago I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and found soggy lettuce in my strawberry cream cheese which was disappointing/gross :( today I came in, waited every bit of 20 for 2 bagels- one blueberry with strawberry cream cheese, the other everything with cc/tomato. I only got one bagel in my order :| if I’m paying $5-6 for a bagel with just cream cheese, I’d like it to at least be in the bag after waiting for 20 minutes lol the bagels are tasty and I used to come all the time, I’m not sure what happened :(

The last 3 times we’ve been to Moore Bagels it’s become clear they don’t clean their tables before preparing certain bagels. I ordered two chocolate chip bagels and when I unwrapped them both bagels were covered in garlic and pieces of bacon. That was the most recent trip. The previous two times both bagels were again covered in garlic and had butter instead of cream cheese. It’s my fault for not checking the bagels prior to leaving but they still need to be better. Clean…just a little.
