Stopped in randomly to grab breakfast on a business trip. Great food, especially the bagels & sandwiches. Very courteous staff as well. Huge shout out to Jackson who popped up out of the back to take our order since it was busy when we got in and made sure we were taken care of. Not sure if he was in the back making the bagels fresh himself, but they and everything else were delicious. Will stop in again.

We were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady upon entering, and our bagels were brought out quickly. The bagels themselves were excellent and very satisfying.
However, I had the misfortune of facing the kitchen area while I ate, and the practices I observed were very worrisome.
