I was calling around for pricing for my Mom, for a last minute decision to bring soft pretzels to a Church event, and Nathan exceeded our expectations! I called around 1:30 PM on Saturday to inquire if they could have 20 warm pretzels ready for 3:30 PM. Nathan gladly accommodated the request, and remained patient, friendly, and professional throughout both calls. We are very grateful for Nathan’s exceptional service (and that the pretzels were a huge hit at the event)! Nathan is a true asset to Philly Pretzel Factory Marlton!

Went in on Saturday morning to get a bucket of rivets. Was told they may not have enough...then another workers said they had more available. Packed the bucket full of piping hot rivets...so delicious!

Accidentally ordered for the wrong day. The staff quickly jumped into action and saved the day. Could have easily told me to kick rocks or issue a refund but instead put together the tray in under 20 minutes. Complete lifesavers!!! Thanks again.

I stop here,every week,staff is very nice.I gave 4 stars,Because, I've never had an issue. Until the past couple of weeks,the pretzels have been doughy n under cooked.Im disappointed I have to go to a different location out of my neighborhood. I'll try this location again in a month or so.Hoping this post helps.I did address the situation with staff,but they had no solution.

I love Philly pretzel until today spent a nice amount of money, everything was fresh except the pretzel dog with hair inside of it ???? I was so sick I had to pull over from gaging so much... Unfortunately it is one thing that will stop me from going back to any place, I had to throw away the rest of the pretzels I had. Staff was okay, I felt very rushed while I was in line ordering as they kept looking at the flow of people coming in.
