Girl was nice but I asked for extra mayo, oil & vinegar. I got light mayo & no oil or vinegar. I hate a dry sandwich.

Very disappointed. The last three times I’ve asked for extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Today I asked them to put oil and vinegar on the roll and on the finished sandwich and got neither. The sandwich was totally dry !!
I’m done going there. Either the one making the sandwich is not reading the slip or they’re just in a hurry.
Been going there for years, but I’m done.

Very disappointing the sandwiches here keep getting smaller and skimpier… last few times I picked up the to go bags felt so light I wondered if they were empty… the quality is good but the shrinkflation here is outrageous

Visited this afternoon, requested 2 tuna wraps, we reviewed the order several times with counter person..I took my sandwiches home and opened at dinner time and they were wrong.:(

Solid sandwiches and are priced higher than other places, but you get "quality" sandwiches no matter who makes them. The largest size will fill me real good.

Ordered a delivery through Primos app. Primos uses Door Dash to deliver. The Dasher did not leave the food at our house. I call Primos for a refund and they told me to call Door Dash. I called Door Dash for a refund and they told me to call Primos. So here I am with my money stolen. Avoid this store at all costs. Horrendous customer service and not a single care about making things right. They chose to use Door Dash for their deliveries not me. Never again and I sincerely hope others don’t fall into this trap

Good sandwich, stupid high prices for a half a sub and I asked them to cut it half which as usual.... They did not. I once ordered a whole sandwich there which is about 18" long and they didn't cut it. I hate going there because of their refusal to cut, but i will eat them 2 or 3x a year. Thank you for not cutting it as makes it easier to cut down on that #. And to top it off, when paying they try to hit you up for a tip. Maybe if you worried about getting the order right or a half sub didnt cost $15. Ouch! Maybe stop their once every year or three from now on
