My God....I love Primo Hoagies! Hadn't had one for a while and just crushed an Italian Diablo and wow, my mouth is pleasantly on fire and the flavor of bread and Italian meats is amazing. I enjoy a wawa hoagie, but Primo is the Lamborghini!

I love primos. But everytime we order primos they get the order wrong. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I believe she was blonde and skinny. She had zero customer service abilities. And I feel like if they mess up an order they should refund it or remake it. But honestly they shouldn’t mess up every time we order. I would go to a different location cause all the other locations I had no trouble. They were just rude.

Second time in the last few months I stopped for a sandwich at the Marlton Primo Hoagies location and the sandwich was terrible. Both times the roll was stale, there was barely any meat or cheese on the sandwich and too much lettuce and onion. I asked for mayo and there was barely any on the sandwich; I had to add more when I got home. On the other sandwich, which was the Italian, there was no oil and vinegar. I’ll never got to this location ever again.

Ordered 8 sandwiches over 100. for a fishing trip. The girl suggested that they put everything on the side lettuce tomatoe ect.. Im stuck with 8 sandwiches nobody wants because there was no oil, mayo nothing added to the order. Its a dry sock sandwich.

Received an email about 03/06/23 3$ off all primos from 2pm-7pm. When i tried to order online using my rewards login i got an error message that the nonna veggie primo sized sandwich i was ordering "does not contain the key item to be discounted." Tried emailing customer service & when i clicked the "send" button, nothing happens. Cool promotion.
