This place is absolutely astonishing. It has an extraordinarily calming atmosphere with remarkable service! There is a great variety of tea to choose from. Oh, and they have those robotic servers, too. :) Super cool! This place definitely provides one's desire for a unique experience. I highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! The waiter had a horrible attitude, extremely rude, and even argued with my husband. His behavior was racist, and I truly hope the owner sees this because I have all the videos. Every single table left shocked by the way he talks to people. I was there with my whole family, including a child and my mother, and we came from far away. Such a huge disappointment. As the name suggests, I took my mother so she would feel like a princess, but instead we suffered one of the most humiliating and offensive experiences I could ever imagine. We were subjected to obscene gestures and degrading words, in front of women and even a child who was present. This level of disrespect is not only unacceptable, it is shameful. No place that treats people this way should ever call itself professional or welcoming.

We hosted my sister's wedding shower here and it was such an amazing experience. There was a lot of food and variety to go around. The service from Austin, Lilly & Alex was amazing and they were very flexible with us for the event. We did the full space for hers, but if you have a small event, they can split the room, too. A few guests have special dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. If you're doing a tea-themed event, this is the place to do it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Prince Tea House has an elegant vibe and plenty of tea and dessert options, but when I visited it felt a bit staged rather than authentic. I was the only guest, which took away from the energy I expected. The décor—printed pictures and faux details—left me wishing for more genuine touches like cared-for plants, hand-drawn art, or fine china. The food and tea were enjoyable, but with such a beautiful concept, I was hoping to be truly blown away. However i will go again in the Fall season.

We hosted a party at this location and we had a fantastic time! Decor is beautiful as well as the presentation with all the food. Our package included items served buffet-style. We had the option to choose 2-3 different hot drinks, 2-3 cold drinks, 4-6 appetizers, 1-2 salads, 4-6 desserts, 2-4 sandwiches, +Afternoon Tea- all unlimited for the booked time. Everything was delicious and there was something for everyone. Almost all my guests have never been here before, but they all said that they will be returning and inviting others here. Not many people were familiar with a tea house but enjoyed all the food as well as the drinks and desserts. Austin (the manager) was very accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this location and will be coming back again and again!

It's in extremely poor taste to close the restaurant completely on a Saturday for one event. I drove the distance with my excited son only to be met with a measly sign on the door that we could not come in. Sad and greedy decision with no regards for loyal customers...I will never make a plan to come back to this unreliable place.

Disappointed with misleading hours We arrived at 8:33 PM, well before the posted 9 PM closing time, only to be told that dine-in service was no longer available — only takeout. If dine-in ends 30 minutes before closing, that should be clearly stated on the door or online. It's frustrating, especially for customers who make the effort to travel from a distance. Please consider updating your hours or policies to avoid disappointing future guests.

Always a delightful experience! The decor is lovely, great for selfies with friends for instagram photos! 📸 The place settings with teapots and warmers are charming - the tea itself is fresh and delicious. Something for everyone on the menu - my favorite is the warm scones, jam and clotted cream. Friendly service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Great for parties and nice atmosphere! The afternoon tea for two was a decent price, unlimited tea and it came with scones, sandwiches and desserts. The sandwiches were super small but it was a good one time thing to try out!
