The food was excellent and prepared very well. The service was excellent also. First time here and definitely will come again in the near future. Quite a few people but no delays being served rolls, garlic knots or garlic bread, soup or salad and at the right time, the main dishes came out. All of them completed within minutes with our group of 12.

i love ragazzi, but the service today was absolutely horrendous. being a server myself, i would’ve been fired for this type of service. after being sat, we waited 20 minutes before our server (woman with short red hair) FINALLY came over. her other tables were visibly upset and complaining to the host about the terrible service. after receiving our food, she didn’t check on us a single time. didn’t see if we needed drink refills. we had to ask the host for to-go boxes. the poor host was doing most of her job for her, getting drinks, to go boxes, cleaning her tables, while she was standing by the soda machine on her phone. we finally get our bill and leave cash. i guess she decided that she didn’t receive a BIG ENOUGH tip, and she chased us halfway out the door, yelling “was there a problem with your service” yes, actually, there was. that was the worst service i have ever seen in a restaurant. the audacity to chase someone down after that is insane. most people probably wouldn’t have even left a tip AT ALL. please get servers that aren’t so lazy

Please please please consider changing your takeout containers for paninis 😭 the moisture buildup on the bottom makes the bread incredibly soggy and wet , to the point where I can’t even pick it up without it falling apart and the bread is basically starting to disintegrate. Your food is tasty, but I can’t fully enjoy it! Please consider using non-plastic. I’ve ordered paninis as takeout through other restaurants who don’t use plastic and there are no issues!

Major issue was catering van block us in, we had to walk back in, in the rain, to get the manager who was driving the van to come out and move it so we could get in our vehicle. he was not friendly at all or apologetic, really being kind of rude. We always have friendly service from the staff and good food. Sad that how the park can cause negative thoughts on a restaurant.
Great pizza spot! All the food is good and they offer gluten free pizza which is the best around.

I was there yesterday 5/31/2025 about 5:30p with 2 friends. We all ordered the same thing…. Hamburgers and fries bc they no longer give separate checks which makes no sense at all. One friend and I got our food first. Our hamburgers were very cold, and our other friend got his food 5 mins after ours. Also other people who came in after us were served first.This is our last time there. It was my first and won’t be back. Very disappointed. We didn’t tell the server because we don’t like returning food to the kitchen. The service could have been better.

Have been going there for 25 years… always great food and friendly service. The food is excellent, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, soups, everything is consistently good.
