Again - so sad to feel compelled to post a bad review. As a business person if I treated a customer the way me and my family were just treated I would have been out of business a long long time ago. We have been patronizing this restaurant frequently for years. We hadn’t been there in the past few months. Tonight we ordered take out consisting of two chicken cheesesteaks, plain spaghetti with butter a few other items. Needless to say when we got the food home the chicken cheesesteaks had no cheese and the plain spaghetti with butter ( for the kids ) was loaded with garlic. My partner had to call and be inconvenienced to go back there to get new cheesesteaks which they re made. They made no offer of concession on the bill for the inconvenience. When the kids arrived and couldn’t eat the spaghetti I called to speak to the manager who was beyond rude. She was unprofessional and quite aggressive on the phone. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She had the audacity of wanting me to drive back to the restaurant a second time there so she could see the spaghetti! Are you kidding me ?!??She also said she didn’t see the original cheesesteaks ( without the cheese ) and needed to see it. Her staff did and agreed the kitchen made a mistake. I am beyond annoyed. Will never ever patronize this place again. The billCame to about 70.00 - 60.00Of it was served with pure aggravation and disappointment

Our first time there. Was with a party of 13 on a busy Friday night. The main dining area was crowded and very loud, but we still had a great time. The food was tasty, and there were no complaints at our table. Our servers Jacob, and Teresa were excellent!

I ordered the shrimp and scallops alla vodka which was supposed to be in a delicate blush sauce. Instead, I got a plateful of linguini in a heavy neon pink sauce, I suspect came from a jar, with 4 very nice shrimp. The "scallops" were perfectly cut out pieces of imitation fish that were like cutting into sponges. It was the worst "Italian" meal I've had since 1966 when I ordered spaghetti & meatballs in a restaurant in Hendersonville TN and it turned out to be elbow macaroni and melted velveeta cheese with stewed tomatoes mixed in. We had a gift certificate and I was glad to surrender it since I'll never go back there again.

Ragazzi is a casual Italian eat in or take out restaurant. The wait staff is efficient, friendly and courteous. The front staff answering phones, preparing take out orders and checking out patrons is efficient. The menu is broad with many different dishes to choose from for the entire family! The food is plentiful and sharing is encouraged. The food is good but not fancy! Bon Appetite

This used to be a great spot as I grew up coming here. I stopped by tonight with my mom and we were disgusted with how the food went so down hill. The soup and bread are great but my mom ordered chicken parm and right away, something was off. It looked like lab grown meat that was a millimeter thick and 3 inches of breading. We were so disappointed and won’t be returning. Clearly, others had the same problem as there is multiple reviews on it. The workers are friendly and I wish I didn’t have to write this review!

Very rude I ordered pizza slices and was told I couldn't sit and eat the food I paid for there without waitress service I was welcome to spend my money there as a customer but not welcome to consume it so I will never visit here again.
