Staff is generally pleasant. My kids love it here if if my son always complains his custard is hollow in the middle and he's being ripped off. The parking lot can get a bit chaotic at peak times

Got a free ice coupon for my bday so I asked if I could instead get a small custard since I really love their custard. They said no! I am sure it would not have bankrupted them to switch. And just like that I don’t think I’ll go back there again.

I stopped by twice on Memorial Day weekend. There were no lines and the service was fast and friendly. I tried the watermelon/vanilla gelati and a mango/vanilla gelati — both were delicious!

Came here last night and ordered a vanilla gelati which used to come in a 16 oz cup. But last night they gave it to me in a 8 oz plastic cup that look like a flying saucer. Very disappointed I guess everything has changed thses days, prices go up quantity gets smaller.
Not going back.
What better place to be on a hot summer day the people who work there are great and Rita Italian ice speaks for it's self and it's saying welcome to summer come back soon we'll be waiting

Literally the best Rita’s around! The flavor of water ice and the taste of the ice cream are top notch! I drive from collingswood for this Rita’s!
