Got a free ice coupon for my bday so I asked if I could instead get a small custard since I really love their custard. They said no! I am sure it would have bankrupted them to switch. And just like that I don’t think I’ll go back there again.Little things that keep customers coming back or pushes them away.

Had no idea that they had custards in different flavors (other than vanilla and chocolate). Soooo yummy!!! Their soft serve custards are better than any soft serve ice creams anywhere.
All Ritas are not the same. This one in Evesham is our fave. Why? Because they have SO many flavors of custard! Nothing wrong with a chocolate vanilla twist - but they have COFFEE custard! With hot fudge! And orange cream, strawberry, banana, cheesecake, peanut butter, peach, cake batter…. Also it has a nice summer vacay vibe with lots of seating and fun music.

Horrible experience today visiting this store. Owner was very rude and shouting at the employee helping me to close the window because he was letting the AC out. How is he supposed to take my order with the window closed? Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

I wanted a pretzel and I went to the "Pretzel Factory" to get a pretzel for $1.00. They were closed so I decided to check out Rita's and I was THRILLED that they carried them. The pretzel was close to $4 a piece. The pretzel was SOOOOO NASTY, I THROUGH IT OUT!!!!?☹️?
