I’ve gotten several different kinds of pizza here, along with Fries and salad, and everything has been very good. The staff are very friendly and the food was always hot when I picked it up. Never ate at the restaurant, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
I’m a SJ native and have been going to Scotto with my girlfriend for about 5 years. It is hands down the best pizza around. We will drive well out of our way to get it. It’s a travesty that all of these “best pizza” lists don’t choose it as it should be better known. Look at the reviews.
If you want brick oven pizza or a fancy sit down, yes that is not here. But Scotto is the place to get the best pizza.

Stopped in for something to eat and decided on a cheese steak wrap but it had a thicker crust to it. It was delicious. The guy behind the counter was extremely polite the whole time (unlike the UPS counter guy right next door on my visit before here). I Couldn't finish so I took the rest home. Would definitely stop here again when I'm in the area next time.
