I came by yesterday on my break to get an iced latte, and chocolate croissant. Of course I customized my drink to my liking. After taking a few sips of it, I started realizing that it had a weird taste as if it had after burnt taste. I started looking at the coffee and looked at the bottom of the cup and I see all coffee grinds . So I go back and tell them, they remake it and the same issue. I had my drink made 3 times back to back with the same issue. Then on top of that I had to wait 20 minutes extra bc they were extremely busy. I ran a Starbucks store before so I know sometimes the espresso machine needs to be either calibrated. Or. A PM needs to be completed. One of the staff told me that they have been having issues with the machine at least once a week. Thought to myself as to why the issue still hasn’t been fixed still. Starbucks is known for their coffee so for it to not be a priority is crazy to me…. It was either two things the half and half was wrong or expired. I’m not sure I wasn’t behind the counter working. But over all I know how Starbucks operates, as being a former senior general manager. What tops off my experience is that I didn’t even ask for a compensation for the issue I had. The girl willingly gave me a a gift card… but it was only 4$ lol… it’s not a big deal but the thing is if you’re compensating someone regardless of the issue 4$ is not it. Starbucks drinks are no where near 4$ they around up to about 7-10$ per drink . Drip coffee is about 4$.

I will never get anything from this store. The customer experience I had was horrible. Taste was 0. They also need better training. Bc why does the cold foam they do come out watery. . Smfh. I will it be returning bc having to come back to get my drink fixed just for it to be the same 3 times in arrow . I had to throw away my drink and I spent total of 13$ there. Then had to wait a total
Of 35 minutes that’s including the the first 10 minutes and then having to come back and wait another 20 .

I stopped in today wearing workout clothes (I’m usually in a suit) and had a bad experience. While waiting I picked up a mug that had a markdown sticker on the bottom. At the register the barista told me they don’t go on sale, then had to check with the manager. The manager said there was no way it would be marked down that much, and they only offered a dollar off. It felt like they didn’t believe me, almost as if I had marked it down myself, which was insulting. Honestly, if I had been dressed differently I think I would have been treated better. I won’t be back to this location. & I am a gold member, So guess that's good for nothing.

The barista Jillian is not a pleasant person. Her communication to customers isn’t warm nor genuine and deciding to say “haters gonna hate” while me being an earshot away is unprofessional. I also work in the food service industry and there’s no way behavior like that would be tolerated by my management.

Today, I had the distinct pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Marlton, just off Route 73, and what a truly beautiful encounter it was.

The moment my presence met the threshold, I was greeted by Jullian, whose warmth and attentiveness immediately set the tone for something extraordinary. Her welcome wasn’t just a hello; it carried a depth and sincerity that created the perfect segue for an atmosphere where peace, positivity, and ease flowed effortlessly.

The space itself was alive with the hum of uplifting conversations, laughter, and genuine human connection. There was something remarkably special about how every patron seemed happy, engaged, and at home. The energy in the room felt intentional, comforting, and light.

I was meeting with a professional in the interior design space, and the environment provided by this Starbucks was the perfect backdrop for meaningful dialogue and visionary thinking.

I left this Starbucks not just with my beverage in hand, but with my spirit uplifted. I felt deeply blessed, immensely grateful, and inspired by the ambiance, the people, and the service. It was more than a coffee run. It was a meaningful moment of serenity and connection, tucked inside a place many might overlook as ordinary.

To the team at this Marlton location, thank you for creating a space that feels like more than a café. It felt like a sanctuary of kindness, calm, and community.

After passing by this Starbucks a few times, I ordered from here for the first time last week

I got an iced brown sugar shaken espresso, which was good – standard / what I was expecting from a Starbucks

For a first time going to Starbucks, it wasn't too bad. The lady up by the register was really nice, and even helped me with my order!
I tried an Iced Cherry Chai, along with getting some coffee for my grandpa.
Have to say though, I really did like the drink! It was really pretty too!!

I witnessed a Customer accidentally drop their ice coffees. Not only did the staff offer to replace it immediately, but they put the Customer at ease about the spell. Such professionalism was impressive! Give all these guys a raise!
