Amazing customer service! The girls were so helpful and knowledgeable about their allergens and accommodating to make sure there was no cross contamination. Would totally go back. Ice cream was delicious

Very nice place, ice cream taste very creamy and fresh. Girl at the register was amazing, very helpful and nice. Ask her to surprise me with her choice of milkshake and she delivered. It was yummy, it was perfect combination of chocolate, crunch, and other flavors. Not too sweet, not to icy. Perfection.

Another trip to Swirl In with the kids and it was amazing as always! My kids love when Alyssa is there! She always makes sure to recommend something they'll like and takes the time to accommodate their odd requests! She is incredibly friendly! Will absolutely be returning!

The ice cream isn't bad but the prices are outrageous

This place is insanely good!! The managers are very nice and are extremely helpful. The ice cream is to die for, and there’s so many toppings so it’s hard to just pick only a couple LOL. The sundaes are probably my favorite thing, and I was honestly shocked with the Dubai Chocolate bars. Overall 10/10, I’ll be coming back again!

Went there for my 3rd time. Walked in, no greeting, all the workers stood around clueless. I stood for like a minute in front of where the ice cream is where a worker was scooping ice cream, she gave only a slight smile no “can I get you any thing?” or nothing. I walked over to the register and said is “anyone serving like….” The two girls seem like they didn’t want to serve me, they took my order and then told me it’s a charge for toppings. The last two times I’ve came here. I’ve only ever paid for an extra third topping. I have been told it comes with a drizzle and one topping. I have never gotten anything else but hard ice cream because I hate soft ice cream. The girl ended up telling me now there’s an extra charge “Whoever let you get that before must have been new and didn’t know what they were talking about because that’s only for ice cream” I was very nice about it all, paid, showed them manners(“thank you”) And they just handed me my ice cream and said nothing, she didn’t even think to hand me a spoon, I had to ask for one. I didn’t get a “have a great night or anything” terrible customer service from the time I came in to when I left. The girl with the lashes behind the counter also was coughing the entire time without covering her mouth, very unsanitary, I’ll be calling the health department. This place is ran by teenagers and they will never be having me as a customer again! The girl with the ginger hair and glasses also had a bad attitude.

I love the fruity pebble flavors incorporated on the menu especially the very berry ice cream and the fruity pebbles donut ! customer service is awesome as well. friendly people. can’t wait to come back and show my family

Great store! very clean, large variety of options, and amazing staff! Alyssa was very helpful and had so many great ideas on ice cream/cereal combinations! i also got a Labubu and they are REAL!

Awesome spot!! Options range all over the board for anything you are in the mood for. Definitely my go to spot!

this donut and the ice cream made me realize life is worth living. highly recommend i think this permanently altered the trajectory of my life in the most profound way.
