Placed a cake order with specific needs after a visit to the store and a additional phone call to verify if they could handle the request of the specific needs. They confirmed they could via phone call from the manager so the date of pickup was selected. I picked up the cake and brought it home in preparations for travel to an event a few hours later in the day only to find out that they totally disregarded my specific needs request. When calling the location, no resolution or accommodation was met. They had the specific order yet they just made whatever they wanted. I was left having to rush back to return the cake and now left with zero time to find a cake for the event. This put me in a terrible and embarrassing position. The fact that they didn't call me the customer and inform me that they couldn't meet the agreed specifics but rather just slapped something together and let me come in days later, take it home then act surprised when I call the. is bad business. A solid customer of many years lost.
