The worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life. I do not recommend it to anyone. They only provide 5-minute service in half an hour.

Larry, the owner, is super friendly and he keeps the cafe nice and clean! I love grabbing a big order of bagels for my office! They're very fresh too! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for fresh breakfast and hot coffees and lattes!

Ordered a bagel sandwich w extra bacon, runny egg and ketchup - came with a slice and half of bacon, no runny egg or ketchup. Was in store when ordering. Checked before leaving bc it was wrong the first time I went there. Only wanted the sandwich made as ordered and paid for. Checked again, wrong for the 2nd time. Was told they ran out of bacon so I had to get sausage (this was false, I watched the kid pull it out while on his phone next to the grill). Then, they made another one with bacon and sausage. I simply asked to have extra bacon put on, which would have been those slices and the original ones. Cheese was not melted and ketchup not put on again. 3rd time now...the sausage is gross, not eating it and very dissatisfied, once again. Tipped 30% prior to receipt of the first sandwich, to maybe ensure it would come out correctly. Nope. If this was the first time, I wouldn't be writing this, but... My daughter liked her plain bagel w cream cheese and caramel macchiato. No special requests.

I went here on a date and the coffee was 10/10 and the man behind the counter was awesome he brought the coffees out and we had a great time would recommend

I hate giving negative reviews, but I can't stop thinking about this experience and it burns me up. My wife and I placed an order on a regular Saturday for 4 coffees and 3 breakfast sandwiches. We arrived 20 min after placing the order. In total, we waited and additional 35 min for this order to be ready.
When we arrived, the place was smoked out from burnt grill items, which I can only assume was related to our order. Several people ordered and were served before us. When we finally got our order, the 2 iced drinks were made so long ago that they were watered down. Of the hot drinks ordered one was cold. The other was not in stock and they failed to notify us for the entire 35 min we sat on the bench - after telling them we had arrived. The sandwiches were cold, deflated, and riddled with microwaved leftovers. If I was the owner, I'd be embarrassed. If you want self serve coffee and a cream cheese bagel, this is the place for you. Otherwise you are better off at Wawa.

If you like milk with two drops of espresso for your machiatto, look no further. If you want a decent cup of coffee, you’re better off at Dunkin! Hope this helps.

Moved into kings grant a year ago. 3xs I ordered 3xs my order was wrong. Wrong beagles, wrong pork choice, eggs not asking for them. The now final time. 3 plain beagle pork roll N chesse. Got 3 grain beagles, egg, pork roll no cheese. We are loctouce. Please check your order before leaving or go somewhere else

Avoid this place at all cost. Every time I’ve had to go there. It takes 20 to 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Try and talk to the owner and he’s very rude. Just look at the yelp ratings. The food quality is mediocre, shelves are not stocked, display refrigerator, empty and not running. Looks like the place is ready to close down And it’s no wonder why.

Every time I order home fries they send me hash browns. If I wanted hash browns I would have ordered them. Why offer something if you're not going to serve it? Also why not call the door dash customer and ask if they would mind if their item is substituted. Not very good customer service

I was the only one in there. I set a timer while I sat there and waited 14 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese (not toasted) all the workers are on their phones while the boss sits in the corner not caring at all..
