Ordered online for pickup. Ordered 2 chicken tenders meals each with a large cheese fry. I pickup my order and when I get home they substituted corn for the fries! So I drive all the way back and say hey, you gave me corn instead of fries and he said yeah, we are out of fries so we gave you corn. First of all, how do you run out of fries by 7pm? Second, why didnt you tell me when you handed me my order that you did this? When I ask for a refund on the fries you say your system is down so you cant do that but you can give me celery instead of the corn. Not even hey sorry, we can give you an extra piece of chicken or something for the inconvenience. The fact they subbed something out without telling me and then not refunding me for the extra charge I had to pay to go up to a large fries and add cheese is horrible customer service. So I paid $36 for 2 drinks, 10 tenders, and some corn that my kids did not want. I have never had an issue at any other wing stop! Fix this location immediately!

Staff is horrible and supervisor is disrespectful!

I set my order to be ready at a certain time. I walked in and the monitor said it was ready. This was confirmed by the female at the register. She then apologized and said they hadn’t started it yet but it would be ready in 10 min. 10 min went by, I asked a man at the register who said “Sorry, we just started it. It’ll be ready in 10 min.” Another 10 min goes by (30 total), a different guy tried to tell me I only just placed my order. I showed him the email confirmation from 50 min earlier but he didn’t care. He said “The monitor is never wrong”. Odd statement. He then proceeded to say “It must be a glitch”. Hmm, I thought “The monitor is never wrong”…? Had he not been accusatory, rude and dismissive, I wouldn’t be writing this. I asked for a refund but they refused. Ridiculous. The one guy said they would throw in extra wings for the trouble but, they did not. Beyond that, the music was unusually loud, 3 of the workers were on their phones and the soda machine was out of syrup for the Dr Pepper and the iced tea had root beer. The only good part of this encounter was, the female cashier I spoke with upon arrival, was upbeat and kind.

“The employees here aren’t doing their jobs, and they’re telling Dashers and Uber Eats drivers to prepare the drinks. That’s something your staff should have ready. Drivers don’t work here, and the food is always late even though you have about five employees and only one of them is actually working. I don’t understand why drivers are expected to prepare the drinks. Fix this immediately.”

They are also very slow in taking orders. I definitely do not recommend them. The staff needs to speed up. I have never seen a place this bad.

When I first walked in i was greeted by all the staff very kind and polite , double checked to ensure my order was correct and asked if I needed anything else. Food is always hot and fresh, definitely recommend this place to anyone

Imma say I just got a chicken sandwich and fries from you guys and I just wanna say keep doing the great work, I love that the sandwich wasn’t oily and fried to perfection with the pickles on the side I appreciate all the work u guys thank you. The best Wingstop I ever had🙏 god bless

Terrible. Ordered through Door Dash and 45 minutes later the food wasn’t even ready for the driver. Wouldn’t order again if they can’t manage Door Dash orders.
