Food was good and there were some errors with my meal. My main issue was with the service from the front end. Rather than focusing on service, they were more concerned with beefing with the kitchen staff. They made the environment really uncomfortable to be in by recording their coworkers. There was just a lot of attitude being spewed at this establishment. They should really reconsider who they hire.

8/17/22 at 8:32PM I walked into the Marlton location with full intention on ordering a late dinner for my family as we had multiple sports through the day and evening. We were looking for ward to Zoe's and were excited when we arrived. However we were met by the cashier, and the two chefs who insisted they turned off the grill early and were unable to serve us. I confirmed with my phone, the sign on the door, and the employees that they were supposed to be open for 28 minutes more until 9pm, and we were planning on getting food, at this point we had driven all the way to the location and knew most places closed at 9, so we were out of luck to get anything else. They were un sympathetic and not interested in serving us, my family and we left hungry and confused. We are disappointed and do not plan to go to any Zoe's again, we will share our experience with your team but also with friends, family, and collogues.

Used to come here all the time and it was great. Came here a month ago and the woman taking orders was so rude. Didn’t say hello or even make eye contact. She acted like it was a bother to take my order. Gave her the benefit of the doubt - maybe a bad day? Nope. Came back today and was treated the same way by the same woman. Took my order and seemed annoyed the entire time. Then she plunked the plate on my table and walked away without a word. On top of that pita was hard and stale and drinks in the cooler were warm at best. Won’t be returning.

Food was good, service was horrible, not friendly at all. I got curbside and nobody would pick up the phone so I went in, mind you there was nobody at the counter customer wise and one person eating in the dining room. I know places are short staffed but atleast be somewhat friendly

Food is always on point. Great steak, chicken, salad, etc. Mediterranean style. Healthy and delicious! T holds down the front of the house. Does a great job! Thank you for the consistently good service

Went in today and had overpriced but ok food. What I was not happy with was the service. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but when I ordered my food, the lady told me to have a seat and she would bring it out to me. So I did. I was on my phone while waiting, when she literally slams the dish in front of me and walks away. Couldn’t believe she had done that. I did absolutely nothing to warrant that kind of service. I feel like a lot of staff at a lot of places just lack basic etiquette when speaking to and working with customers. I have worked in retail and customer service before and understand it can be rough at times. But having a bad attitude while working doesn’t make the business look good at all.

I DO NOT recommend this business. I stopped going for a while because in the past I experienced bad customer service and omissions on orders without accountability. Fast forward after about a two year hiatus and I figured things might have changed and kinder more efficient staffing. Well, I was wrong! Last night I placed an extremely large order of approximately 300.00. One of my guests is vegetarian so I ordered falafel. When I arrived home to put the food out, I realized there were no falafel balls! I panicked and called restaurant who kept me on hold forever. I hung up and called back again. I spoke with a young lady and she actually argued with me that I had them! I rechecked everything and definitely NOT! The weather was horrible yet I was willing to go back for one guest if necessary. Finally after much frustration (on my behalf) and rudeness on hers, she agreed and told me to come in. The weather was so bad, that I called a family member on their way to me and they agreed to pick up. When they got there, they were treated like a criminal stealing food and even then, they noticed order was shorted !!! They spoke up and order was corrected but said whole atmosphere was horrible and stressful. So sad because food is okay but not worth the stress and no accountability on the staffs behalf. Nobody cares..."take it or leave it" attitude.

Portions are so small I expect to have to take my kids somewhere else to satisfy their hunger. I paid $42 for these two “dinner dishes” with one up charge of nearly $4 for the hummus, without which the plate would be virtually empty! And two regular fountain drinks that cost close to $6! Unbelievable! Will never come here again!

If I could give this location zero stars I would as the service in this establishment is terrible. I have been a very loyal customer of Zoe's and unfortunately have experienced the blatant disrespect and disregard on multiple occasions here. I walked in to order and was not greeted or even acknowledged. Two girls started at me and continued on their conversation or whatever they were doing not even acknowledging my existence or saying they'll be right with me. I left after standing there for a few minutes without being helped or even talked to just stared at and totally ignored. It's so unfortunate because I love Zoe's the food is amazing but the staff is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. The customer service is lacking the absolute bare minimum and I will not be returning until that is fixed because why would I pay for something and be treated like I do not even exist? Very disappointing.

5 stars for the food, 1 star for the rude worker that yelled at me for throwing away my napkin and fork in the trash can by the drinks. Salmon kabobs were great and the turmeric rice was surprisingly delicious. I would definitely come back for the food. However, I don't appreciate being scolded for throwing my napkin and and fork away. The worker thought that I threw food away in the trash can next to the drink serving area. I didn't, I threw away a napkin and fork. She then goes to look in the trash and said, "well, someone threw food in here." I saw a woman throw her food in there earlier, however, I did not have any left over food to throw away. There is also no signage asking people not to throw their left over food away there. So if you don't want people to throw food away in that specific trash can then put a sign there! That worker needs to learn how to talk to customers.
