Wish I could say I loved it but I didn’t. They are NOT kid friendly. My 7 year old son ordered something that he ended up not liking, kindly let the waitress (she wore this super bright red lipstick) know he didn’t like the way it tasted and asked if it could be removed or exchanged and apologized for the inconvenience but she then proceeded to suck her teeth and tell my son “we don’t do free samples” and demanded we pay for the uneaten and unwanted food. Tried to ask for hire management and she only became angrier rolling her eyes and speaking in her native language but making it very apparent she was saying nasty things about me and my family just so rude. Honestly don’t eat here the one at Quaker bridge mall is way better with a much nicer atmosphere

Fried rice was delicious! Gyoza was very good as well, came during lunch and got to watch them hand fill and prepare the gyoza. Ramen was alright, wasn’t a fan of the bigger noodles. They also serve boba and blended drinks.

Got the chicken katsu curry ramen. 5/5 recommend, the chicken was crispy, the curry flavor was amazing, the noodles were cooked perfectly. My fiancé got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and also really enjoyed his. I got the black milk bubble tea which was good but not very sweet, if that's how you like your bubble tea. He got the mango bubble tea which I thought was exceedingly sweet. Overall fantastic food and would definitely come back.

I ordered from them in January 7th spicy ramen for a delivery to my job Which is a government facility Extremely professional. I specified no squid because Im allergic and then called to voice my concern to be sure my order was correct. They delivered it to my job with squid. I called the place to voice my concern and then they claim to issue a refund which I've never received she offered to give me an order of ramen free of charge for the inconvenience. I called 3 days later for that offer and she hung up on me after realizing who I was although I was in route in person and still planned to pay in cash for my order because that's just who iam. I money turned my car around it's better ramen places to eat at. I will be ABSOLUTELY SURE to never in life spend a penny here again. She's a nasty business owner.

The service is great. The food is great. The ambiance is great. I can't recommend the spicy miso ramen strongly enough. If you don't like spice, though, don't despair! All of the options are outstanding, and you're going to love what you order. The charsiu is incredible, by the way. If you don't know what that is, you should try it. It will blow your mind.

Went to the place and it was near empty. We asked to sit at a table near the window but the waitress insisted (really, ordered us) to sit at a table near the bussed, dirty dishes facing the bathrooms. They were playing loud disco music so we asked if the music can be changed or at least, lowered. The waitress changed the music to a different disco number and made it louder. We left. Who knows? They may have awesome food but given their horrible, some might say antagonistic customer service, they should probably consider getting into another business. I've had way better service at the DMV.

I wish that my first experience here was better. The food was great. Unfortunately the customer service was not. Also, the atmosphere was not welcoming, the moment I walked in the door I got stares from people as if I was out of place, obviously I’m a black woman, who happens to like ramen. The staff member didn’t greet me, I told him that I had a door dash pickup. He gave me my order and walked away immediately. I can see that I would feel very uncomfortable if I chose to dine in which is very unfortunate because the food was really good.

It wouldn't do them justice just to say that I was pleased with the food we had. Fact is, of all the Ramon houses I have visited with my Asian/filipino Wife, I have yet to find better quality and taste.
