At The Table 2 Southern Restaurant

THIS IS OUR GO TO SPOT!!! My grandmother brings us(her granddaughters) here quite often. The food is amazing, the service is great, and the owners are very professional, sweet, and serious about their business. They came over frequently to ask were we ok, did we need anything,etc…. I have never been to a place where ALL the food tasted AMAZING!! We never had to wait long, we were seated as soon as we walked through the door ❤️❤️

OMG, the food here was awful! I tasted the cabbage despite the foul smell that came from it and it smelled just how it looked disgusting. The mac and cheese is giving me KFC and could have had better Mac from Chic Fil A, the crab cakes were too spicy and the potato salad was nasty too. I thought I found me a good soul food spot and was highly disappointed. The two girls working were nice but the food is a big no and I won't be returning.

This food is phenomenal. Full of flavor and biscuits…I had to ask the owner which foot she put in her biscuits, right or left because they were something different in the best way! My husband and I were looking for a new soul food spot and we were pleased. I wish this place and its owners many blessings and much success. We’ll tell everyone about it and visit again!

Went with a group from other reviews, I don't need to say much. Unfortunately we can't get our customer service together.
I didn't like this restaurant when it was in Ewing township and believe me it's still lacking the skills of service. Because it's what we expect of our restaurants we accept it has just thecway it is. For me it's not acceptable and no new to return.

I called the restaurant literally two minutes (before arriving in person) to ask if they were offering the buffet to-go, and the lady on the phone told me yes. When I walked in, I explained to the woman near the hostess stand that I had just called and was here to get the buffet to-go. She immediately said they don’t do that and told me to look at the regular menu at the counter instead. The buffet trays were closed, so I’m not sure how the food tastes. I’m just rating according to the printed menu.

This was really inconvenient and frustrating, especially after confirming over the phone- it was a wasted trip. The staff needs better communication, teamwork, and training so customers aren’t misled or left confused.

Our experience was wonderful. The food was really good and everything we ordered was fantastic. The portions were generous and the staff and owners were very pleasant and welcoming.

We were honestly surprised it was not packed because the food is so good it deserves a full house. My sister asked about live entertainment since she is a singer and they invited her to do an on the spot audition. They seemed very pleased with her.

This place is a true gem and I hope it stays around for a long time. We really enjoyed our visit.

We had the lamb chops and they were fabulous!!! Side dishes for collard greens, sweet potatoes which were also fabulous and mac and cheese. They played throwback jams

Every time I come they do not disappoint! I had the fried salmon, Mac and cheese and collard greens and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned didn’t even need hot sauce. They give you plenty of food enough for 2 meals.. love it 🥰 yum

They should make sure their Front House/Ordering personnel get training in Customer Service & being attentive. I was quickly turned off of this restaurant just from the young lady taking takeout orders. Food was pretty good for Soul Food. Prices are above average per entrée. Lots of Seating in restaurant area. Large Big Screen TV for watching sports. DJ raised area for entertainment nights. CORNBREAD would've been AWESOME w/my 2 dinners 😒

We have patronized this venue many times. The food is delicious however the buffet is full of fried chicken and fish, mac and cheese, yams but no vegetables or salad. The girls are not friendly nor attentive. When they DO come to serve, you are met with attitude. I requested to have my gratuity removed and the owner Demarcus disrespected me in front of the other patrons stating the gratuity is included in the price and could not be removed. He refused to accept my cash and told me I dont have to come back anymore. I went back to my table and he told the host of this event, if I dont leave the party is over.
