ATM Dunkin Donuts - 1981 Olden Ave.

This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts to go to, but the past two visits have been major misses.One morning, I ordered a medium coffee light and sweet. I had never seen the particular gentleman there before. Not sure if he was new but he was very excessive on the "light" portion of my coffee, to the point where the coffee tasted borderline lukewarm. When I brought it to his attention, he proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong about the temperature of the coffee, followed by asking if I wanted a new one. I told him that I did. The other one he made had the same issue. Not only did he mess up my coffee twice, he also went to heavy with the light on my husband's ice coffee.The second visit was this past Monday. I had a coupon to get a medium coffee for .99 cents. I came in and ordered my usual. Although I understood they were busy, there were certain people who came in after me and ordered food as well and coffee, yet left faster than I did. After eight minutes had passed, I asked the lady who took my order politely how much longer it was going to be. She yelled at me, "Just wait a minute!" The person who I was on the phone with even heard how rude she was. That was the longest ten minutes ever, and it will be a long time before this location will receive any more of my dollars, if ever.

Best Dunkin in this area.. Don't go to the other one by Tcnj! Happy hour from 2 - 8 pm :) 99 cent any size coffee or iced tea!!!

Love it. Always gives you like 12 hash browns instead of six and very nice in the morning at least.

This place SUCKS. Go to another local DnD. Always lousy service. The coffee machine was broken and no free donut on free donut day?

Always had a good experience here, been going for 10+ years. Was able to turn in my first foursquare loyalty special for a free med. coffee without a problem.

this place was bought from original owners, shortly after business exchanged hands, they cut hourly wages, original kickass staff left, n owner started cutting corners leaving poor quality

Worst experience ever...the staff on drive-thru didn't want to honor their own foursquare special! It will be a while before I come here again! Very disappointed.

They do student discounts, just show your ID when you order and you get things like a free donut with your coffee.

The people who work here are awesome, even in the middle of the night!!

New crew working here since mid may 2010 not sure if they are getting better than the old crew

Numerous times I've been here they forgotten my order or mixed it up. Today I went thru the drive thru and never got my credit card back. Had to drive all the way back for it. No sorry no free coffee
