The food, customer service, and atmosphere was exceptionally great! I feasted off of the fish dinner for two days. The saying goes… you get what you pay for. I have settled for less; but now that I have experienced best, will definitely be back!

I've been in Jersey for almost 5 years and I've been looking for some good fried fish for a while. I think my family and I finally found some of the best fried fish in Mercer County. It was a little pricey but it was well worth it.
We drove from East Windsor/Hightstown and there's nothing comparable in this area, including Princeton.

My husband and I walked in at 8:45 to look at the menu as we’ve never been there before and heard good things from google, the sign said “open” and there were 4 people inside standing around. The second we walked in the girl at the counter rudely snapped “we’re closed!” At us. I asked what time they closed and she said 9…We said we just were interested in seeing a menu and she said “we don’t have to go menus!” it was clear we weren’t the correct demographic to be serviced there since we were the only people that weren’t of the same demographic. And everyone else was welcomed there. We walked away and she immediately followed us and changed the sign over to closed. It’s a shame because our family is from the south and we were looking forward to good southern cooking. But we absolutely will NOT be returning where we are not welcome.
I love going here! The atmosphere, the service, the friendly staff and most of all, the great food is the PERFECT COMBINATION! I go here every Sunday for my Salmon Dinners!!

I ordered a cheesesteak and it was fire!!! I didn’t know it was a soul food place when I ordered but once I arrived for my pick up I was pleasantly surprised! The young lady’s demeanor behind the counter was stellar!!! Customer service 2.0!! Really looking forward to my next dining experience here. The menu looks delicious!
