When i walked in to order she just abruptly walked away from me right before i can order anything. Then only airy she took someone else’s order i again approached the counter and she snarled with attitude “oh you’re ordering something “ i proceed to order my coffee and with attitude she asked “anything else” i say no and her and the other 2 ladies literally started talking about me in spanish. They all kept looking right at me in my eyes and laughing and saying things in Spanish and they continued when i went to sit at a table to translate what they were saying. It really hurt my feelings because I’m a respectful person so to come spend my money in a place and be treated like that is crazy they need new employees asap

These people don't listen to the Customer at all and freestyle your coffee however, they want.They put stale expresso.That is sitting right by the ice coffee bar and a large cup in people coffee And it's absolutely stale and bitter And when you ask for fresh expresso they make a big deal out of it ... they laughing and Giggling talking to each other.But no one wants to sit and make the person's coffee.The way they asked it to be made this is ridiculous!!! And there are roaches in there

Garbage! This location is trash. The employees who work here are trash. I hope this place is a franchise, and the owner is losing money on it. Absolute worst customer service. It LOOKS like a regular DD, but it's not. They keep the doors locked and only the drive-through open. There are more than 15 DDs in Ewing, go to any other one, just avoid this trashcan excuse of a DD.

It's a shame where you can't get good customer service in these places. Both of the women behind the counter were rude. they should give the customer what we asked for, not what you think we deserve, why because we are paying for it, it's not free. But in their eyes, they give you whatever they want to give you, shove it through the window at you, make you pay for it and slam the window in your face just to move on to the next car.

I’ve only been to this location a few times but each time I come, I find additional reasons to go somewhere else. This is the closes coffee shop to my home and it’s always the most inconsistent location. The WiFi is turned off which isn’t helpful if you’re trying to do school work. The lobby isn’t kept clean and there is limited seating for such a large location. The customer service is lacking. I ordered an iced latte today & watched the worker pour my espresso from some reason unlabeled cup. Very concerning.
