This dunkin is out of their minds with the pricing. For a small they are charging 5.89 not to mention down the road at dunkin that same exact drink is 3.79. Your coffee is not as good as Starbucks to be charging these premium prices. Your drinks are also too inconsistent, they never taste the exact same. I definitely won’t be back to this location and recommend people pay more attention to the discrepancy in pricing at Dunkin’s around Ewing and give the one with the most reasonable prices their business.
As a regular, these are the nicest people. Always kind, courteous and get my order correct.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts at 1981 N Olden Ave Ext, Ewing Township, NJ, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.On the positive side, the store had a good variety of donuts and beverages. One employee said it was off-limits, while another said it was okay. This lack of clarity made the visit less enjoyable and highlighted a communication breakdown among the staff.Additionally, one employee told me the store was closing at 4 PM, which contradicted the hours posted on Google Maps, stating they close at 8 PM. This inconsistency raised concerns about how well the staff is informed and whether they are providing accurate information to customers.I reached out to Dunkin' Donuts customer service via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response or follow-up yet, which is concerning.In summary, the experience was marred by confusion and inconsistency in communication. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide clearer information to customers in the future.

The food is okay, I like the donuts and the bacon, egg and cheese wrap. I do NOT like the bad attitude of the woman who takes the orders. The inside looks dirty and there is not a lot of tables and chairs, they could add more. I'm not sure if it's just this Dunkin, but the prices have gone up a lot it used to be 2 wake up wraps for the price of 1. I would not recommend.

Nice open space for sitting but without enough chairs.
Seems this relatively new free standing Dunkin in a parking lot at the corner of Parkway and Olden Avenue Extension in Ewing only has its drive through lane working. There is some renovation going on within keeping the doors locked and sitdowns off limits. The line snaking toward the order speaker and pick up window took its time, but I finally reached the exchange point and drove off with their signature java and a couple of glazed rounders. That wasn't exactly what I wanted, but without a visible list of the donut inventory, I asked for the most obvious choice after my request for glazed sticks was denied. Dunkin' joe is middle of the road caffeine that a name change can't hide. Adequate to be sure, but hard to go on safari for. The yeastiest were fresh and collapsed nicely upon mastication. No complaints there. If the store is closed and customers can't actually see the products for sale, why not install a video screen and camera so the outside people can see what's available and make informed decisions? It would help with marketing, too.

Literally every time I get donuts from this specific Dunkin they come out looking like this. They are completely melted and the server always puts them in the bag upside down so that the icing sticks to the bag.
